I am still feeling Trendsi out overall. Customer service is good overall. Charles was super helpful. I interacted with another agent, Harold last week and he wasnt the most helpful. Will update my review after more experience with the company.

I am a new online boutique owner (through Shopify) and just had my first customer/order! I dropship my orders at the moment and I had some concerns about shipping delays/processing times since my customer ordered items that all originated from overseas. I used TRENDSI's 24/7 customer service chat and Harold was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided extra clarification with no problems. Ultimately, I was able to get the answers I needed and the interaction restored my comfortability with using TRENDSI. I do hope that in the future that you will be able to pay extra to expedite Shopify/dropshipping orders. Currently, you can only expedite shipping for samples. However, having 24/7 customer service and being able to speak to an actual rep is amazing! Thank you TRENDSI & Harold for all your help with my first order! β¨

Today I made my first sale. I was extremely excited. I discovered that my account wasnβt completely set up. I emailed customer support at 2:00am and within 3 minutes I received an email from RayMart. He was the best! He was so patient with me. He was so knowledgeable of the process. I have never engaged in such customer service in my life. Wow I am completely blown away. I can tell he has been trained with customer etiquette. If only we can get more customer service like RayMart displayed. What an amazing experience!

Product selection, order support and dropshipping are solid. Too often, however, I sell an item from their stock that was showing 1 available only to be notified later they don't have it. Support pretty much just says "Oh well, get over it". With their app, there's no way to set a Safety Stock or otherwise counter the inventory inaccuracy. Their app has few useful config options and locks you out of doing anything for inventory in Shopify. In general, they don't have any tech support for their app. The support team gives it their best shot but they're reading off a script. I can't keep selling items that aren't in stock, so I'm moving on.

I'm new to trendsi and shopify platforms so trying to figure out the quirks.. I have not sampled any of the clothing yet or tested the ship time.. I did test the order from my site and cancellation.. I needed assistance with releasing the funds from Shopify which Harold was very helpful with! Thanks so much!
