Amazing Customer Service from Chette! I had an issue connecting my store to the Trndsi website, and Chette went above and beyond to help me solve it. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Thanks to her support, everything is now working perfectly with my Shopify store. Harold was so Awesome! My products were not syncing correctly, and Harold was able to get them to sync in my store! He is very friendly and efficient at his job! He even sent an email to let me know that everything was back up and running! Everyone from the CEO to Technical support are very friendly and always very helpful no matter what day of the week it is they are all readily available to help make your business run smoothly. I has this issue with the inventory saying "sold out". so after trying to use the Shopify Cheapy AI tool to troubleshoot and has no success. I decide to look at the trendsi chat an this angel call Anya, help me with screenshot step by step so patiently that really make my day. Problem fixed in minutes. THANKS ANYA! Another day I did not place the right inventory category and Harold send me a permission to get into the system and fix all the things that I did wrong so now the drop shipping could be done automatically. 100% recommended.

This is my real honest experience after being with Trendsi for a while. They have poor customer support for we have a customer who ordered from our website on 17/8/25 and up to now they haven't shipped it and they don't send a payment request to merchants too when an order is placed. It's 11 days now 28/8/25 they told us there was no order placed yet there is an order. Trendsi customer support is the worst ever I wouldn't recommend to any new merchants looking for dropshipping apps for this will ruin your business. They are not quick to please customers. I have experienced the worst now. Don't install this app for you will regret it too.
