Just started with Trendsi. Their Help Guides are very clear and if any issues chat has always been readily available and resourceful. Today Lorena was a huge help. Hoping this relationship continues at this level of customer service. Upgraded to 5 stars b/c customer service over the past few months has always been there. Chat is very helpful. Thank you for your help today Harold! I'm back here again to shout out Harold yet again! Chat here is so very helpful!! Appreciate you so much! 11/3 Update again - had a sale plan that I wanted to utilize with shopfy and trendsi but couldn't figure it out. I just install this app and for what i see i like it and you can also Make your clothing products truly your own by adding a custom sewn-in label with your brand and logo wow. I haven't order any product yet so i dont know how long it takes for you to get your order. But everything here looks good. Update: Well they have shipping from 2 to 5 days to the US and shipping from 5 to 10 days from Overseas let me tell you all shipping is very accurate. Oh and yes i reach out to trendsi for help with my inventory i like this. Quick respones Harold and Chette wes very helpful 6 STARS and the clothing quality is on the money. Thank you trendsi you are my #1

I just reached out to customer service for help with a sync issue. Got very quickly connected to Harold. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and help me right away. It's not the first time I have to reach out to customer service for assistance and they are always great and prompt to respond.

The service I have had so far has been great. I've talked to Chette, and Anya. Both were helpful. The only complaint I have it I'm still waiting on and update for an order I made in January. I got an email asking if they had the right address...which I have had multiple sample orders shipped to me at that address. They then said said it would be shipped, but it still says warehouse processing, and I haven't had any tracking sent to me. For the most part things are done quite efficiently, this has been my first major issue.
