I just finished speaking with "Mikah," a customer service representative via chat. She was awesome! She communicated effectively, ensuring she had total clarity on my questions and concerns before responding or seeking additional help from her team. She was patient and friendly. Much appreciated! Just to add a brief comment regarding the connection with Trendsi and Shopify. This is an excellent service that streamlines the e-commerce process tremendously. I am relatively new to this, and the companies have been beneficial! UPDATE (2026): After working more extensively with Trendsi, I still appreciate their responsive customer support and quality product offerings. Chette was recently very helpful in clearly explaining wholesale MQQ requirements and inventory options. Their product photography and sample quality continue to be strong advantages. My main feedback is that more flexibility in wholesale purchasing --especially mixed-color pack options--would be very helpful for small boutique owners. Overall, Trendsi remains a valuable sourcing partner with excellent support.

My number one app, I have a few great apps, but this one beats all of them. Great customer service, they always keep up with stock, and I rarely have returns or complaints when using their products. Love the new update, definitely keeping this app.

This app used to be great! They've apparently changed some of their policies. The return policy will get you, be careful. The 7 days STARTS day OF delivery. Even if the customer receives their package after 5pm that day, it counts towards the 7 day return. I spoke with customer service and they refused to help. I'll be looking for a different vendor to sell through. Since they are starting to charge subscriptions to sell, they should offer better customer service.
