Trendsi is one of the best dropshipping suppliers that I use. The products are good quality and the shipping is usually around 5-7 days. It's wonderful! Their customer service is super. Raymart helped me walk through combining orders so that I could send packages to same customer. This ended up saving me money. Thanks Raymart for being amazing.

I am very new to Trendsi and wanted help with updating my contact info using the Chat, the response was quick, and then i had few other questions with regard to how the Order is managed and how the returns are handled, Chette is very very quick, responsive, knowledgable and helpful, I will definitely want to write more reviews as I use the application, during this conversation I am really happy as a new customer to Trendsi and appreciate Chette for the help provided. So far I can recommend Trendsi is a good Dropshipping application to be used as they are here to help and make it easy for the users.

i have to edit my review because i do not know what happened to this company but it is sad and depressing!!! THIS COMPANY helped me become a profitable business and the best customer support for about 6-7 months but something happened around 6 months ago and has gotten progressively worst since. I lost my account manager (they never even told me andignored the whole thing) so i havent had one for almost 5 or 6 months...i have orders sitting never shipped for over 10 days from their california warehouse that i email over 5 times within 2 weeks about and get rude responses and no resolve...these are tiktok shop orders. i almost got shut down because they claim to be tiktok approved for certain items and they are not following tiktoks guidelines anymore. their prices went up so much too. im 90% done with them. cant wait to finish out the year and im done. no customer service help + no account manager = shewin to the rescue let me add one thing so if trendsi management or ownership ever reads this....i was doing about 10-15k a month in sales with them. I never once got a follow up on the special pricing that was offered 6 months ago...then their service went down the drain so i bought wholesale instead...i went from doing 200 orders a week with them to maybe 50 or 60 and nobody batted an eyelash...never contacted me to fix anything NOTHING!! they dont care about you or your money its disgusting

This company is great for dropshipping from the US. Do not use them for wholesale. I made a mistake by trying out their white label wholesale clothing and the quality was absolutely terrible. I can't even sell it in my store. I reached out to ask for a refund and was told since I purchased wholesale, I can't return it. These items are going straight to the trash because I'd be embarrassed to sell it, even at cost. It honestly looks like these clothes were made by someone sewing for the first time. Besides that, nearly all the clothing that is available for white label is also sold on Shein and Temu, so I won't bother buying wholesale from Trendsi again.

Been using Trendsi for more than 6 months now. Pleased with the UI, the product quality and delivery. Have had minimal need for Support because everything works smoothly (which is refreshing!), but when I reached out for Support, Harold connected with me and was great. Really hoping more of the USA-only items will ship to Australia too! ;)

Lorie was amazing! I couldn’t figure out what happened to my order, it was totally my fault she didn’t make me feel stupid or an adequate, she went in and fixed it and now I am on track
