Its very Easy to sync products in my shopify store! Anya have been very helpful and was able to resolve the issue i have with my shopify integration. The products was showing all sold out on my website but now its fixed!!!

Using the Trendsi app on Shopify has been a great experience. Everything runs smoothly, and transferring a large number of products takes just a few moments. The app is well-organized, and all products are neatly categorized, making browsing and selection very efficient. One of the standout features is the customer service. Lorie, in particular, has been incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and responsive — sometimes replying to emails in under 5 minutes! The order fulfillment process is also very user-friendly and always on time. Overall, Trendsi has made managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with the custom branding labels for almost a month. I was helped by a nice lady named ANYA! She was so much help, I could tell she genuinely wanted to resolve my issue, she sent step by step directions, Screen recordings to help me navigate and solve my problem, im now one step closer to having a successful website launch all thanks to Anya, I truly appreciate her hard work!

This app is very useful for retail. It not only provides clothing but also private labeling and warehousing, which is great for an individual business to be able to get their name out there. I chatted with Lorena from customer care today, and shout out to you by the way, what an awesome experience Lorena was able to resolve all questions I had. They have a 24/7 chat which is also great for the night owls. 5stars is the highest I’m allowed to give, you all deserve all five of them. Thank you for Trendsi

Thank you Ria, for assisting me in fixing up my dropdown menu for collections. Ria was patient and explained how to rectify the problem. A big thank you to Chetti who assisted in resolving an order that was awaiting processing. She explained why it was not processed and put an urgency for it to be shipped out to the customer. Just wanted to say thank you to Harold who has assisted with resolving a delivery issue. Harold also took the time to monitor the customers delivery and then informed me it had been delivered. A shout out to Harold for his support in resolving the shipping status of a parcel for a customer. Harold took the time to properly investigate the situation and provided detailed information to me so as I was able to assist the customers concern. Just wanted to give a shout out to chettie for her assistance in helping sort out some tracking issues with a parcel. Very helpful, patient and supportive Harold & Raymart were great in assisting following up the order status for a customers order. They went the extra mile to have it sorted. Lorena was a great help and provided me with easy to follow information which made my experience smooth, thanks so much Lorena for your help A quick shout out to Harold for his fantastic help he gave me in sorting out a cancelled order and helping me understand how overseas products are ordered vs usa only products, thanks Harold Thank you to Raymart today 20th April 2025 for the fantastic help and support in clarifying and investigating my questions in relation to orders. Very helpful and patient in ensuring my understanding with everything being asked. I had contacted customer service today; March 30th, and spoke with Mariel. It was the best experience with customer service I have ever had with any fashion company I have had to deal with. I needed to ask a few pressing questions on one order which required my assistance in an immediate response. Mariel was more than receptive to my concerns, my immediate need, and my requirement to for assistance due to the fact I had many mishaps on my own errors. I was able to receive my answers in a quick ,responsible, courteous, professional manner without leaving any doubt or concerns by the end of our conversation. I was more than satisfied with the service I received. It was an outstanding response from Mariel! Highly recommend Trendsi and their customer service! Especially with Mariel!!

I love how seamless it is to add fashionable and stylish pieces to my online store! Yesterday, I worked with Lorena, and today, I had the pleasure of working with Charles to resolve an issue with my account. Strangely, my store was connected to another business, but Charles is now reaching out to the store owner to disconnect it, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Charles provided a clear answer to a question I couldn’t find on Trendsi’s website, which completely resolved my confusion. I’m impressed with Trendsi’s quick and efficient support—so far, my experience has been great!
