I was having an issue with the shipping on my Shopify store. Lorena and Ria both assisted me with excellent service and were able to fix the problem while providing me with a clear understanding of why it happened, not just how to fix it. Even more I am very impressed with their Customer Support - who have been quick to respond to my questions and have even helped with getting my Shopify and TikTok settings optimized for shipping through Trendsi. I absolutely LOVE doing business with Trendsi. We've all experienced poor service that can completely hinder your small business and slow down sales. That's most definitely NOT the case with Trendsi.
