Hi, I am new to trendsi, I just recently launched items to my shopify store. I had a question about an order that had not been fulfilled. I emailed customer support and received a response from Raymart. He was very descriptive in his explanation of the processes and even sent me examples of where to find different filters. Great customer service Raymart.

I just finish chatting we "Lorie" of customer service. She was courteous, knowledgeable, patience and thorough. She answered all my questions and believe me, I had a lot of questions. The app is very easy to use, and they have a great selection of products. The apps work well with the Shopify platform.

I chose trendsi for my dropshipping store because they make it so easy to integrate and of course being free is amazing. Charles was very helpful when I had a ton of questions via chat!! I love that I can always access a representative if needed.

I am a new online boutique owner (through Shopify) and just had my first customer/order! I dropship my orders at the moment and I had some concerns about shipping delays/processing times since my customer ordered items that all originated from overseas. I used TRENDSI's 24/7 customer service chat and Harold was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided extra clarification with no problems. Ultimately, I was able to get the answers I needed and the interaction restored my comfortability with using TRENDSI. I do hope that in the future that you will be able to pay extra to expedite Shopify/dropshipping orders. Currently, you can only expedite shipping for samples. However, having 24/7 customer service and being able to speak to an actual rep is amazing! Thank you TRENDSI & Harold for all your help with my first order!

Today I made my first sale. I was extremely excited. I discovered that my account wasn’t completely set up. I emailed customer support at 2:00am and within 3 minutes I received an email from RayMart. He was the best! He was so patient with me. He was so knowledgeable of the process. I have never engaged in such customer service in my life. Wow I am completely blown away. I can tell he has been trained with customer etiquette. If only we can get more customer service like RayMart displayed. What an amazing experience!

Update 4/11/25: The Trendsi app is helpful to get their products initially into Shopify. Once there, however, the app's functionality keeping inventory synced between Shopify and Trendsi is hit or miss. In a recent audit, easily half of the items I checked had significantly less inventory at Trendsi than was shown on my Shopify store. When an item is deleted on Trendsi, their app is supposed to change the status of the item in Shopify to "Draft". More often than not, this doesn't work. All of these scenarios lead to making sales for which they don't have the inventory. While I like their inventory, Trendsi is not a reliable drop shipping option. --------------------------- Product selection, order support and dropshipping are solid. Too often, however, I sell an item from their stock that was showing 1 available only to be notified later they don't have it. Support pretty much just says "Oh well, get over it". With their app, there's no way to set a Safety Stock or otherwise counter the inventory inaccuracy. Their app has few useful config options and locks you out of doing anything for inventory in Shopify. In general, they don't have any tech support for their app. The support team gives it their best shot but they're reading off a script. I can't keep selling items that aren't in stock, so I'm moving on.

I must say Trendsi, Has great Technical support. Chette helped me out to set up my shopify shipping, she was great and very patient with me and walked me thru, to fix the Issue. Great service.
