I like the diverse selection at Trendsi, catering to various body types. However, itβs worth noting that the drop ship prices are almost double the wholesale prices, which impacts profit margins. While learning to manage my Shopify store, I received limited guidance from Trendsi, requiring a steep learning curve. I believe more support would be invaluable. Itβs my suggestion that the items could be more competitively priced, and the white label opportunity should be accessible to a broader audience. Overall, a promising platform with room for improvement in pricing and support.

The support I received from Allan was grade A! He responded quickly and helped me to the complete end! Always thought having my own business would be hard but Trendsi Staff makes it easy! The customer service provide is superb!

This company has bad customer service. After 4 different situations, I'm deleting them from my store.

We would definitely recommend this app. In fact we will recommend this app to anyone in search of a reliable company. Our company had an issue with a customer's order(not their fault come to find out). Our team spoke with one of the representatives (Alan), and he was more than helpful, patient, and polite. Their response time is quicker than any other app we've used. The pricing is reasonable. And they not only helped our business to find the problem, but also helped our company with a solution to fix the issue. And provided us with links to read over to further resolve the issue so it doesn't happen again. The products are amazing! Choosing this app will be a great choice for your stores. I've been using Trendsi exclusively for about a year now. No complaints here. Customer service is always helpful. Jules especially! I love the Trendsi x Tik Tok integration. It's super easy to setup and push items to my TT shop. Whenever I have a question or need help, CS is quick to respond. Highly recommend!

I must say, Trendsi's customer service is top notch! I have used chat a few times. This time talking with Allen, and every time they have done a superb job and always go above and beyond answering my questions and solving any issues (which have only been minor). I have had great experience all around so far with Trendsi and am thankful for them.

Trendsi has been AMAZING at communicating. We had a customer who emailed us right away to change their shipping address, and we immediately sent the request to support but not really knowing when to expect a response because it was pretty late in the day on a Saturday. Allan from support responded to us almost INSTANTLY saying he fixed the shipping address for our customer. Needless to say, we have been very pleased with Trendsi!

They are very quick to respond to emails and chats dealing with questions and orders. I spoke with Harold on their chat and he did not waste any time cordially, answering all of my questions. They are helping me figure out selling on TikTok, which is super helpful. I am very happy to have them as a dropshipping supplier.

I was blessed enough to have an amazing support member by the name of Joseph and my god that man desevers a raise!
