I am editing my review because I recently had an issue with connecting to tiktok. I reached out and Chette helped me so much! Helping to keep my store running smoothly. I love trendsi and their support team is awesome! Trendsi dropshipping is so super easy to use. And customer service is super awesome! Gretle assisted me with a problem I was having with shipping. I didn't have a policy created for trendsi in my shopify store. She was very understanding, patient, and helped me with my set up perfectly! I am so thankful for her

I spoke with Czar and she helped me better understand the shipping process as well as took the time to help me with ensuring I was doing everything correctly. This has been my first go at this and have had to learn every step of the way. The challenge has been so real. But every time I have had to speak with support they have always been so sweet and helpful.

To start off with I have to say Trendsi has an outstanding support channel. I just chatted with Gretle and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. By answering my questions, I could tell she knows every detail of how Trendsi operates and how to help clients who are trying to start up their business. I do have to say, I just started using Trendsi to start my drop shipping business. Trendsi is an awesome place to start building your business, they have a huge selection of products to choose from, which you can never go wrong. I will continue to use Trendsi because they have just about everything you can think of. Also, I just want to say "keep up the good work" Gretle! I hope I run into you again if I need help in the future!

I've been using Trendsi for a couple of months. As a new seller, Trendsi has been exceedingly helpful to me. Their FAQ and guidelines are easy to follow. The tech support is phenomenal. Most recently Gretle helped me with a TikTok Integration question, and she was great to work with. She was patient with my questions and provided the guidance I needed in understandable terms. She was also friendly and efficient. Trendsi has been the best app I've used with Shopify.

I'm thrilled to share my experience with Trendsi. I recently opened a store and have been using Trendsi exclusively. During this time, I had a query that wasn't addressed in the FAQs. That's when I reached out to their customer support and was assisted by Czar. The response was not only swift but also extremely helpful and friendly. This level of service has significantly contributed to my satisfaction with Trendsi. I'm very happy with both the site and the customer service so far. Keep up the great work, Trendsi!
