The product photos and video on this app are really great. Way better than other dropshipping apps. Everyone in the Trendsi support was very helpful and went above and beyond to helping my process go through. Major kudos to Raymart who was very patient with me, he deserves a raise.

I had a question. Could not believe how quickly I received a response. Then Anya was assigned to assist me with my questions. Anya was friendly, informative and has great customer service. SO FAR Trendsi customer service response for easy questions via chat, I will give 5 stars. As I AM establishing my business/brand to provide Excellence to my clients. I had a specific question about a collection of products that wasn't included in the descriptions (UV rating of sunglasses), and spoke with Anya on the chat. She didn't have that information on hand, but found out and followed up via email with me. Great customer service and much appreciated!

Lorie was very helpful in clarifying Trendsi policy. I love the app and the items.Great quality but the return window is really short compare to the online fashion market wish it was for more longer days since it takes people time to decide to stay with an item or not.

I had a support chat today with Angelo - he was helpful. One thing Iike about Trendsi is that most of the items for womens retail that I upload are easy because I don't have to write a description BUT the big plus over this to FashionGo is the sizing measurements. I upload more items with Trendsi than I do with FashionGo for this reason. I also love the video's - they're awesome for us small businesswomen.

Mía is phenomenal! She answered every question FAST! I use multiple dropshipping suppliers and now Trendsi is my FIRST choice when adding items. It’s because of Mía and her outstanding customer service skills as well as his professionalism. Thank you again Mía- you are my “go-to” girl. I wish there was a way to search by “color” - maybe in the future. I would like to see more bright colors, like pinks (fuchsia, hot pink..etc), blues ( royal blue, London Blue, Klein blue), and greens (Kelly, chartreuse)
