I'm new seller on Shopify, It is really a great app for entry level. I tried sample order before I add the products to store, fast process time and also great customer services. Mary gave me a great help for my first order. Will continue use the app.

I am a new user of the app, but it has been great so far. Customer service is wonderful. Lee, Anya, Chette, Charles, and Dave are the customer service reps who've helped me, and they were all Awesome! Very helpful and patient (I ask a lot of questions because I am a new seller). The items on the site are really nice and I love that some of them have videos so you can see what they look like even better. Shipping has been fast so far as well. The only thing that's irritating is that items will sell out and/or become unavailable very often, so I can put something in the shop one day, then the next it will sell out, then two days later it'll restock. Or I can put something in the shop that has plenty of inventory, then a few days later it's no longer available on the site. That's a bit stressful, especially when you're getting orders on that item. I guess it comes with the territory. Overall, I like Trendsi so far though.

The product photos and video on this app are really great. Way better than other dropshipping apps. Everyone in the Trendsi support was very helpful and went above and beyond to helping my process go through. Major kudos to Raymart who was very patient with me, he deserves a raise.

I had a question. Could not believe how quickly I received a response. Then Anya was assigned to assist me with my questions. Anya was friendly, informative and has great customer service. SO FAR Trendsi customer service response for easy questions via chat, I will give 5 stars. As I AM establishing my business/brand to provide Excellence to my clients.
