Trendsi is amazing. The whole experience has worked wonders for my business. I just sent an email with an updated address, and Allen emailed back very quickly and corrected my customers order right away. Love Trendsi!!

Probably will be leaving Trendsi. This is a dropshipping company using dropshipping to receive their items and with this process I can't give my customers what I promise. I take pride in servicing my customers in the time I promised them and Trendsi can't do this for my company. Also, there is little diversity with their models. One African American model, One Asian model, haven't seen any Latina models and a host of caucasian models. This is very difficult to allow my customers to know who I am and who I represent. I love diversity and would rather a company that takes pride in it as well. Trendsi does not. I emailed them regarding this and their response was their models are in rotation. Makes zero sense. I do love their merchandise but their shipping and diversity issues out-weighs everything else. I truly hope they fix these issues.

Trendsi is a good platform for fashion dropshipping. Even a fresher like me also able to do my job smoothly because of their customer support. especially the person named "Mia" helped me a lot on my concern.

I started using Trendsi about 2 months ago. I have been very pleased with how easy it has been to share products to my Shopify store and the selection of both missy/jr & plus sizing. Today I had a question about a drop ship order and used the chat feature on Trendsi. It was very easy and Mia was extremely timely and helpful. She answered all my questions about tracking a specific order. Great service by Mia!

I am new to Shopify and Trendsi, but I am so interested in getting my store off the ground and functioning smoothly for my clients...and me. Ha Ha Ha Anyway, I just wanted to write a good note for one of my Managers, Raymart. I was having difficulty altering some product pricing, which I had already pushed to my store. I had a chat with Raymart and within a few seconds, he provided me a solution that saved me from having to remove and re-push to my store via using a bulk edit in the Shopify Admin. How great that was and it saved me hours of work too. Anyway, thank you again Raymart and I hope other shop owners have similar customer service experiences, while working with Trendsi.

10/7/25: A huge shoutout to Sam for quickly looking into my order issues, well done Sam! 2/13/24: Hi, I had an issue with products not syncing up properly in my store and Dave was so patient in helping me out, and fixed it. It took a lot of back and forth email exchanges in real-time while we were troubleshooting it. He was able to give me precise directions and finally fixed it for me, thank goodness for that!! Thank you so much Dave!! 8/7/2025: Had a fraudulent order come in, and it was quickly resolved, thank you so much Harold, for your quick action and support!! 8/15/2025: Thank you very much Sam, for helping me quickly navigate customer returns, hoping to receive the product quickly!! Hi, I'm new to Trendsi. So far, my experience has been great because the staff Allan guided me through the entire process for onboarding, he was very patient, explaining each step along the way, and with screenshots as well. At no point did he show any impatience or anything like that. I just hope I can have everything set up and working properly, within the next one week.

So disappointed. Trendsi may have nice clothes, HOWEVER, I didn't know some of my products in my store are from China, which means, whenever China goes on a holiday, the "Shipping Delay" dates will pop up in your store for your customers to see. Trendsi needs to fix this problem. I have removed the tags and they still keep popping up. I have worked with several Trendsi reps and none of them were able to help. I will be looking for another wholesaler. Very disappointing!

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.

I have been using Trendsi for the first 6 months of 2023, and love the drop shipping products and service they have available. Allen has been a great help in customer support if I have an issue and it is corrected quickly. Also, I use their live area at Dallas Market to create excitement for new items and get a live video in during market. Highly Recommend

Jenny was so helpful when I could not get my collections to populate to add new items to. She was able to troubleshoot somethings & walk me through how to fix it so that I could continue to stop my boutique with Trendsi products! Had another issue & Chette was able to walk me through it, then was able to help me with 3 different issues after, all within under an hour. If I had to figure it out on my own, it would of taken me days! Thanks so much for quick- helpful assistance!
