I love the customer service,Angelo was a great help to me today, he answered all of my questions about the issue I was having and made sure I had a good understanding about how shipping orders worked. Starting my dropshipping journey with Trendsi has been seamingless easy. Despite initial worries I am pleased with their user friendly platform. Adding products effortlessly has been a breeze. I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! They responded almost immediately and Gretle walked me through all my questions and gave me great insight into things I didn't know. I'm totally new to drop shipping and she really put me at ease. :)

Trendsi is one of the best dropshipping apps ive tried. Their customer service is the best!!! Anya helped me to correct and update my info, she was very helpful . So far I am super happy with Trendsi. They get the job done any issues they are ready to respond and fix the problem.

Thank you Anya for helping us patiently through the on-boarding process. Much Appreciated. One suggestion would be if Shipping Profiles in Shopify could be created automatically. Also, if Trendsi could publish a master list of product tags, it would be very helpful.

So far, I'm really impressed with the integration. As a new business, and with my first couple orders now coming in, the process has been smooth. Reaching out to customer service via their chat is always fast. Just spoke Anya to get an update on an order and she was great. I would like to build a lasting relationship with Trendsi and explore incorporating white label branding with them as I grow. Hoping they take their business to this next level. I've noticed a few competitors offering this service where they tag white label with my brand, so looking for them to catch up to that. For now, I'm sticking with Trendsi and recommend them to anyone in the fashion dropshipping business.
