CONS: I would love to give Trendsi a 5 star but I gave a 4 because they offer international shipping (outside of the USA) but don't offer returns/exchanges globally other than USA. That makes it challenging selling globally especially being based in Canada. I have spoken to Lee (customer service rep) about it and they said they are working on offering returns/exchanges globally. I hope this will happen soon because I don't want to switch suppliers and it will also improve business for both Trendsi and others. They also don't offer private labeling and custom packaging but they are in the works of it. Hope that doesn't take long as well. Inventory sells out too quick. They don't have enough as a dropshipping company so i am always having to add new items everyday. It takes too long to add products in my Shopify platform as you'd have to add them individually but it is still fairly easy. Just a click and it's added. Hopefully they will add a system where multiple items can be chosen. Shipping time out of the USA is 2 to 3 weeks. PROS: Outstanding customer service. They are always there when I need them. I love the fact that they have a chat system on their website rather than texting me as other dropshippers do. Lee and Gretel have been very kind, patient and full of information. They provide clear photos, accurate product descriptions, sizing and material information. This is huge for me because it takes a lot of time to sort photos and write descriptions. They make it easy. I am very happy with this as other companies don't provide the right information and clear photos. Their website is very organized and easy to use. It is 100% user friendly. Trendsi is great for anyone starting out in the USA and only targeting USA. Once they start offering returns and exchanges globally, I will definitely rate them a 5 star. Everything else is great and I am happy to continue business with Trensdi.

We are always restocking especially when it is a hot selling product and have new arrivals M-F. Restock notifications are coming VERY soon so you can easily keep track. 4. If you create Trendsi collections, you can first add products to a Trendsi collection and then add the entire collection to Shopify in bulk. This should save you a lot of time. This is my first time using Trendsi since I've downloaded the app, I had questions and Maria helped me immediately. Great customer service. I'd recommend this shop, especially for U.S. fast shipping.

Trendsi is really great for small shop owners looking to import high quality items with a team of people ready to answer your questions at any moment. Maria helped me today with requests for new items. While it's new and still working out a few kinks, I think it will go far as it continues to grow. Great app.

Had a problem with setting up Trendsi Store but Charmaine took care of what I needed. Support was very good. This is an update since I can't seem to leave another review. However had a question on Inventory syncing which Gretle took care off right away. Good customer support.

Reducing shipping time is indeed one of our top priorities. Except for peak season, we can guarantee 5 - 10 business days shipping from our overseas warehouses. Furthermore, more products will be available in the US warehouse soon. We are working on adding the vendor name as a tag automatically as we speak and we will look into the search issue that you experienced. So far my experience with this app has been really good. Their merchandise is good quality at awesome wholesale prices. I received quick responses from customer service about an inquiry. My only complaint is that the shipping takes a little long.

I ordered a sample in order to see how fast it would take to receive my order and to see the package and quality of products. For the most part, I'm pleased with the products. I did receive one item almost 4 days sooner than the others and packaging is not consistent. The first item came in a brown envelope and the others came in a pink envelope. I reached out via app to inquire about it and unfortunately there's no way to request a particular packaging but hopefully they will stick with white or brown. Audrey was helpful and professional in responding to my inquiry. She stated that pink was what's available for the month. Please stick with white or neutral color as to not clash with branding.

I really enjoy using this app to add more products to my site that fit with my current customer. The easy integration with my current shop is great. I can add products easily and all the information associated is added for me. If there something missing or I just need help their customer service is super fast and helpful. Really glad I was able to find out and use this service. The only downside is it doesn't always have all the products I'm looking for because I sell to a specific market, but I can put in product requests to Trendsi. Which means they might have more options in the future that fit my needs! All in all great app would definitely recommend if you want to start a shop and need access to inventory but don't want to commit to a big order from a brand you're unsure about. Just had another great experience with a customer service rep, Harold, who was not only pleasant but able to quickly update me on my customers shipping that had been delayed!

If more of the products were available to be shipped from your US warehouse that would be great. I like the idea of a quicker shipping time 2-5 days within the US. There are many nice Styles in plus size but majority of the products are being shipped from China, I don't want to risk having longer shipping times because it may result to losing money. I buy jewelry and accessories to resell on my Shopify store already. I would like to add clothing to my store by doing dropshipping before I commit to purchasing inventory. It's been a struggle for me to find nice styles/ good quality and fast shipping. times

I have not started using it yet but it seems great. A few things that would be even greater is a wider selection of accessories such as sunglasses, handbags, purses, etc. Also, some of us are already using other dropshipping apps which have return policies of 30 days so it's kind of hard to implement 7 days into our return policy as we already have it set to 30 days. Those are the only two things that I have observed so far, and hopefully, in the future, they can be implemented.

Their items are trendy, images are very professional and prices are reasonable. Customer service is very friendly and answers my questions clearly and promptly. I have not tried ordering from them as they don’t accept Paypal. I just wish they accept Paypal in the future.
