They have a big variety of clothes and accessories, the app is super easy to work with, and the most important, costumer service is amazing!

I absolutely love Trendsi! Everything syncs perfectly with Shopify. Checking out your customer's orders and buying samples is so easy and quick. They have a great selection of inventory, and I'm impressed with the quality of the items, including their shoes and accessories. I am so happy and appreciative that Trendsi reached out to work together. It's made a huge difference in being able to more frequently bring new styles to my customers. The customer support team is so nice, patient and effective. I am particularly grateful to Pinky, who got me started with Trendsi, Mia for answering my questions, and many other representatives. Thank you Trendsi! I also love your FB and IG lives and community you've created.

I think the use of this app is amazingly easy and user friendly. Also, i think they have very good product and everything is easy to understand. When I contact support its great to know that you can actually speak with someone and get immediate results. Gretle was supportive and super helpful. I look forward generating more sales using this app.

I hopped on chat support with Yet and she was super helpful. Knew all the answers to my questions. She gave me options for suggestions I could give and didn't have to go to a tier 2 support to answer the questions I had. Were really looking forward to using this program

Hey, We just added this channel, but we are beginning to notice the pricing rule does not work only the recommended price still appears. And the prices suggested are in USD and we cannot increase them to make-up for the exchange rate. (We sell in CAD). Please fix

This app is very user-friendly and super automatic. You basically just need to sit and it does everything from Order taking to shipping. Their rep Hazel was super helpful. Highly recommend

I love the customer support, each rep is very nice however we are having a major issue with the pickup location being correct in the system. We have spent hours on with shopify support and Trendsi support and no one can figure it out. Every day we have to give all the Order numbers and have a representative manually changed the addresses. The Trendsi engineers are working on this issue. We love the clothes, quality and shipping time though!

I really enjoy all aspects of Trendsi, but I'm so impressed with their customer service. Mia in chat support and her gang are the best. She was one of the first chat support that I spoke with from last month, has walked me through the system and our first orders. There is no "have your cleared your cache and cookies" treatment here. Real support every time. Thanks Mia!
