Items that have been delisted still show up as in stock making it very inconvenient & confusing for store owners when trying to upload their products. According to customers the quality is good & shipping is okay but I really wish they would remove the products they don't sell anymore from our stores like they do on the Trendsi website. Also on Trendsi's website, if you search for a specific item, the results will show pages of items that don't even match what you originally searched for which makes it harder for you to locate the item you intended to purchase or request a restock for. It's not a bad company to work with but there's still room for improvement.

Simply navigate to your Shopify admin, go to Products, and select the product's variant to ensure the "Track quantity" option is selected. By taking this step, out-of-stock items will not be available for sale in your store, allowing you to easily remove them. We are continually working to enhance the user experience, and your feedback about delisted items and search results is incredibly valuable. This is a great substitute shipping platform with a wide variety. What surprised me most is that the customer service of this platform is really dedicated. When I have a question I don't understand, I just need to ask the staff and I can get a solution very quickly. The staff member who provided me with help was Anya, and she was really great! Gretle is awesome. Great help in answering all my questions, and helped me with the onboarding process. They are great and quick to respond. I don't have much else to say right now as I just signed up, but very easy to use and set up :). I'm excited to start :) Status Update: Still extremely happy with Trendsi. They are super helpful and really are 24/7 as I've asked questions late at night too :). It's easy to process orders and pretty much everything is done on their side, which makes it super helpful when dealing with Shopify. Joel and Harold were great and offered great tips for me to get more sales, for which I am going to take them up on it :). Thanks for all the assistance, guys! I appreciate it so much :).

While I am still new to drop shipping with Trendsi it is going very well so far. The site is very easy to use and the product line is great and updated daily so there is always something new to offer my customers. The customer service chat support is excellent and always there to help.

I have just started using Trendsi, and had a few questions in regards to use of product videos and the Take Over offer. I had a very quick and professional answer from Chette who was very helpful, she was a very big help. Great options Trendsi offer for Marketing, looking forward to continue work with them.

I am new to Dropshipping, I didn't have a clue. I couldn't figure out why my item did not ship. I contact customer service and had the pleasure of chatting with Gretle. She was amazing. She was very patient and kind. I am pleased with this first-time experience. We need more "Gretle" in the world. She was able to walk me through the steps to get my order paid for and start the shipping process. Thanks, Gretle!!!!

I have been mad at Trendsi twice today. 1st because they texted me and I no longer had the app installed. I had removed it because I sell geeky women things and generally they don't carry that kind of apparel. But they said they had a Barbie Malibu dreams collection. I couldn't find it and was mad all over and I guess mad that it wasn't actually Barbie but Barbie themed. All of that is moot as what I did see I loved and they have added some tees to their site that I CAN sell. So I grabbed a few. They responded to my questions in a kind manner (though I was a bit short, but not on purpose, I got a call just as I was typing, hit send too soon). My only real complaint is that they need to make it exceedingly clear that you can install and use Trendsi without a subscription. You only pay when your customer orders. with that in mind, I'm thinking of starting a secondary store, with all the fashion deliciousness I see. Their process of importing to your store is the best I've seen on SHopify so far. Very clean and streamlined. Good app for those wanting to give Shein a run for their money.
