Haven't physically sold anything from Trendsi yet, but the customer service is phenomenal! Ms. Lee was very helpful in finding my issue dealing with shipping. She gave off a friendly vibe throughout the entire process and she responded very quickly with a few possible solutions to fix my problem.

Very Happy with Trendsi! Great quality, so much to choose from and my customers are loving the options! I am new in an online business. and Found TRENDSI. it is a perfect supplier for my online store. i order my dress, and it arrived today, and all the product is high quality. i contact a message support, and they are quick to respond. Hazel was in Live message, and very helpful. glad i found Trendsi. highly recommended. Latest review as of March 2023! Trendsi is the best dropshipping company. As a new entrepreneur, they have the whole team ready to help us answer our questions, willing to listen to our suggestions. They are quick to respond any emails, if you are new and have questions they guide you through. The website are so easy to use. I’m so excited that they are adding some men’s collections. And shoutout to Chette, for being excellent in her job in customer service! I am HAPPY to be a TRENDSI user.

I love that anytime I have a question, I can simply start a chat, it's extremely convenient! I also like how easy the process is to complete transactions.
