Hello: I have had the app for a little while and when I got my first order the order process and paying for my order was very easy. The order was already set up and I just had to pay for it. The update was auto filled into my orders. Later when I had a question I sent an email to support and Hazel replied quickly. While on the site I also used the support chat and talked to Angelo who was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Thank you for your time and attention.

5/5 I love Trendsi. They have an amazing selection of items and amazing customer service. Hazel was so great and helpful today. Wish all apps had this level of service. **update! Trendsi is still 5/5. Today I needed to redirect the shipping on an order and Lee was super quick to respond and provide help to solve my issue and get my order to where it needed to go. Thank you Lee!

Really love this app the customer support team is top tier. They have a ton of great styles and integrate easily with shopify. Lee was my most recent support staff member and she helped me replace a size very quickly before the order processed for a customer of mine that had ordered the wrong one.

amazing. my favorite app for dropshipping, after finding trendsi I deleted my other dropshipping apps. Lee helped me a lot with some issues. Im so happy we have trendsi now

I've been using Trendsi for almost a year and only ran into 1-2 issues as far as inventory but via chat Mia has been very helpful in providing me with updated info on my orders and inventory. Although it does take sometime for it to update to my Shopify inventory; I can honestly say that as a boutique owner my customers haven't had any issues with their clothing or accessories that they've ordered via my website. I chatted with Lorie tonight - I could not access my account as previously with the text of the phone number. She showed me how I could access via Shopify Admin. I was also having an issue with customers not being allowed to ship - she helped me identify that issue - Shopify cannot seperate shipping when one ships from multiple locations. So the info provided assisted me in making the changes to allow customers to use to get shipping - we were getting an error prior. New to Trendsi via Shopify and just working out the "kinks" - Lorie was very helpful.

Lorena patiently answered my question and gave me relevant links to review. I give it a 5 star and appreciate my customers orders arriving on time. I do suggest getting a sample because some fabrics may be thinner than it appears. Otherwise, so far so good and I appreciate the prompt customer service.

I contacted Customer Service because one of my customers received the incorrect item. Gretle was very helpful and friendly. I was advised that the issue would be handled within 24-48 hours. I would like to be back in a few days to say that it all worked out!

Most definitely the best app we have imported. Not just the app, but the very helpful, and available "Mia," with excellent customer service. She is available and sincerely helpful. People behind some other apps obviously use skits, and standardized answers. Trendsi's app loads COGS, and ALL the pictures. Some others do NOT. Also, you can toggle your product choice, to "draft" BEFORE the import, where others do NOT. Platform is easy to use and navigate. Shipping is very good. Trendsi also offers transparency that others do NOT. Trendsi sends blog notes/alert memos to your vendor inbox that are very helpful with inventory management.

I Had Tracking Issues, Trendsi was able to update me on tracking and give me the all the information I needed, they also automatically updated my customers tracking, because I do dropshipping.
