Love Shopify and all of its' bells and whistles! But I especially love working with some amazing drop-shippers for my online boutique. Trendsi is a wonderful clothing company and today I was able to work with one of their Customer Service Reps (Chette) who is helping me fix a shipping address issue for one of my customers. So thankful for their dedication to smooth transactions for my customers!

I found Trendsi a few months ago, I have been navigating my way thru learning the app and getting items to my store. There are a few minor issues with missing information that applies to certain selling platforms, but, overall I like the app. I like the variety of product and the picture quality is great. I had to chat with customer service today about an upload issue and Anya was very helpful in helping me understand the issue I was having. Although, the issue itself seems a bit restrictive and could be expanded upon. I was attempting to upload one of my collections, but due to many variants with the products, it put me over the 1000 limit for the day with very few products listed on my site. I was under the impression the limit was per product, not per variant of each product as well. All in all still like the app and Anya was very helpful.

Regarding the upload limit, it seems that you encountered a restriction when trying to upload one of your collections. The limit of 1000 uploads per day can include variants of each product, which might not have been clear to you initially. It's understandable that this limitation could be a bit restrictive, especially if you have many variants for your products. While Shopify has its limitations, it's encouraging to hear that you still like Trendsi overall and that Anya provided helpful assistance. I am new to Dropshipping, Shopify and Trendsi. I made a mistake in uploading an incorrect document and decided to try and solve the issue via chat. Anya helped me and fixed the issue immediately. Not only did Anya do her job, but she went above and beyond to have actual human interaction with me. She is a rock star that knows how to handle inbound chats without making everyone feel like she's a bot. A lot of times it is unclear if you are speaking with a real human even when you are these days. I know for sure I have made the right choices in setting up my website and new business for success by utilizing Trendsi and Shopify. She literally made my day and I could have chatted with her all day. I would love an option to be able to email her directly for assistance in the future. Thank you Anya for providing excellent customer care!

I am new to Trendsi and dropshipping. I have to say, Trendsi has made my venture into starting my online boutique easy peasy. Their selection of items is superb, and their customer service has been spectacular so far. I have done a few online chats and they have been very fast with responses and given great answers. My most recent chat with Angelo was great. He answered my question in a matter of 30 seconds. I would highly recommend Trendsi to everyone.

The app is ok, it’s glitchy especially on mobile. The clothes are decent quality and I would have rated it 4 stars except the two experiences I have had with customer service were horrendous. Not helpful and even snarky and confrontational in tone when I was simply asking if it would be possible to fulfill an order that was showing accepted fulfillment on my end and not in theirs without having to refund the customer and place a new order. It’s all about tone and the tone in this interaction and the 1st one I had where I asked about shipping confirmation showing the item delivered to Los Angeles and not the final destination were just snarky bordering on rude.

I've only been with Trendsi for a few weeks now, but I can already tell that I'm going to love using this platform. I received the most prompt and helpful advice from my customer service representative Raymart tonight. I honestly didn't expect to be answered at nearly 10pm, and was answered within 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier!

I was nervous to offer drop shipping items to my shop. I’m very passionate about making sure my customers are receiving quality items each time they shop with us. Each item that has arrived from Trendsi has been wonderful! They also have a great system that automatically updates inventory on your own site. Which I’ve learned from trail and error that is not always the case Super happy to be working with Trendsi! Mia at customer support has also been helpful and quick to respond with any help we’ve needed!

I recently contacted Trendsi for customer support and had a great experience. I first spoke to Chette on July 12, 2023, to resolve an issue with shipping rates fixing and product import. Chette was very helpful and professional in trying to troubleshoot the issue. We were able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. The other day, I spoke to Raymart to resolve an issue with the media download of the products and video sync. Raymart was also very helpful and professional. He was able to help me download the media files and sync them with my videos. I am very grateful for the help of both Chette and Raymart. They were both very patient and understanding, and they were able to resolve my issues quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs customer support from Trendsi.

I've had to use Trendsi support chat 2 times within the past week, both times were effortless and Issues were resolved in a timely manner. Anya specifically was a lot of help, replied quickly and she was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this app. The products are beautiful, simple to integrate with your store, and any issues you face you have an entire support team that is extremely knowledgeable and you can never hesitate to reach out to them and save a lot of time instead of trying to figure it out for yourself.
