I had a great experience with the representative Czar when I was having trouble logging into my Trendsi account. He even emailed me to make sure I was able to access my account. Great customer service.

I have talked with the customer service multiple times and have been lucky to speak with the same person a few different times! Angelo is always prompt and accurate in his replies and has a wonderful positive attitude about all of the interactions we’ve had!! As I said to him recently, “Angelo! You are the best”

Czarina WAS SOOO AWESOME! She helped me with getting the shipping rates done, which was SOOO COMPLICATED despite the directions given on the website. THANK YOU Czarina! SHE deserves to be over the company with all of the patience that she had with me! *UPDATE* I had an issue with my products not syncing to my shopify store. Gretle was able to help me out today, and we found that it was a system error. Thanks Gretle for your help. It was very well appreciated. UPDATE: Raymart helped me with getting my shipping information in perfect working conditions. I was unable to ship to local addresses (within the USA), until this wonderful person helped me! THANK YOU Raymart!

Lee was SO helpful! I made a mess of things but she straightened me out. So, far Trendsi has been a lot of fun. It's like shopping for a living but you don't have to pay. But you also don't get to keep the products. hmmm

I want to Thank Chette for the amazing help she gave me to get me started on my drop shipping journey. She was very patient with me and help me set everything up smoothly. Kudo's to her I am thankful that I got Chette to guide me and not rush through my setup.
