Had an amazing experience with Harold. He helped me with my inventory issue and guided me along the entire way. He was patient and very understanding. With Trendsi, I have had nothing but a great and easy experience.

Anya was AMAZING in helping me resolving my "out of stock" issue. Instead of giving me a link to FAQ like most customer service reps do, she reviewed screenshots, checked my settings for me, and showed so much kindness and patience. Trendsi, you need more Anyas! <3

I recently signed up to integrate Trendsi with my Shopify store, Black Rose Apparel, and the experience has been excellent. The customer service team has been invaluable—especially Ms. Sam, Ms. Lorie, and Ms. Chnette, who provided fast, knowledgeable responses and valuable guidance throughout the setup process. Amazing had a bit of trouble with sorting the in stock etc but Sam was amazing and got me sorted within two three minutes amazing customer service
