as we started with Trendsi, i am asking too many questions and every time when i want to know anything they are available and help me to get out of the issue. most of the time i connect with Chette she is very good person and helpful and guiding for every small small things. thank you chette

I recently reached out to Trndsi customer support for assistance and was fortunate to be helped by Chette. I am truly impressed with the level of service I received. Chette showed remarkable patience while listening to my concerns and took the time to fully understand my issue before providing solutions. What stood out the most was the professionalism and technical knowledge displayed throughout the process. Every question I had was answered clearly, and the guidance I received made the resolution simple and stress-free. It’s rare to come across support that is both compassionate and technically skilled, but Chette delivered both. I left the interaction feeling valued as a customer and confident in the support team’s ability to handle any issue. I had a big issue with my inventory not syncing correctly and was really worried about my store. That’s when I got help from Raymart from the Trendsi support team. He carefully checked everything, guided me step by step, and even took the time to investigate directly in my store. Thanks to Raymart’s help, my products are now syncing perfectly and the stock is showing correctly again. He was patient, clear in communication, and super quick to solve the issue. Also a quick shoutout to Anya for being supportive along the way. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the support I received. Trendsi is a great app for dropshipping, but the real value is in their amazing support team – especially Raymart.

I am new to using this supplier for my dropshipping clothing store, but I have to say Sam in customer service was great. She answered all my questions and gave me great tips. When I asked about the Pro she didn't push it, she said I needed to start with the free version first. Most companies these days are trying to get you to buy stuff you don't need or aren't ready for yet.
