Great support! I had some issues with the cart drawer not working properly on the Sense theme, but Michelle quickly helped me get everything resolved. Really happy it's now fully compatible. Thanks again!

I have just installed and set up this APP and half an hour in I am already obsessed! Wow! So many great functions. This is going to be good. So easy to set up. Customer service so helpful. But I did this mostly myself (which is rare!)

Beware of their fraudulent billing. We recently installed this app and had a 14 days free trial period. Once the free trial period ended, we see they charged us for the usage charges for the past duration when the app was not even installed. Upon raising this issue with their customer support, we had to do multiple follow-ups and after one week, they agreed to waive off these usage charges. However in our latest Shopify billing, we could not see any credit provided for these usage charges. Now we will be raising this complaint with Shopify. Very bad experience.
Very good workingly app, the customer service expert John helped very well and made sure that the small problem was solved in a very fast way. You can customize a lot on this app what is perfect!
