"Disappointing Experience - Lacks Key Features and Poor Support from John" I had high expectations for UpCart, but it ended up being a big letdown. The platform is missing key features that are crucial for a smooth e-commerce experience. To make matters worse, after I uninstalled it, it left behind a lot of code on my website, which caused unnecessary clutter and required manual clean-up. I reached out to support, specifically to John, but he was completely unresponsive, offering no help at all. Overall, UpCart is not worth the trouble. Stay away if you want a reliable and well-supported product!

My theme didn't have a nice cart drawer so I downloaded UPcart app and it made my cart drawer 10X better. Also had some issues but customer service was on it and fixed it within 10 minutes

Just installed it on our store, and the process was super simple and straightforward. The support team has been fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the setup. Excited to see how this helps increase our cart size!
