Our experience with UpCart has been excellent! The platform is user-friendly, and the upsell features have been highly effective. Plus, the customer service is super helpful and typically responds quickly.

Had a bundle and cart problem, where the bundle and cart wasnt matching. Spent over 2 hours trying to figure this out, watching youtube and reading forums. They have really tech savy support, and not just click and paste robots. Dom was really helpful and trying to solve the issue, asking me questions about what apps and theme im using, eventually leading to the the issue was with another bundle app

The functionality of the Mini Cart is worth $14.99 per month - the price that appears next to the app in Shopify's app settings. However, I found out today that UpCart have been taking $75 per month from us, due to 'usage fees'. Machiavellian pricing tactics are at play here. There is no way this app is worth $75 per month ($875 per year!). Best advice is to hire a developer from an online marketplace at $10 per hour and get them to build you a Mini Cart with all the function you require.

The app works super well for us! They can even customise little things for you if you ask for this. We are definitely happy with it. We got help from Jacinda. She helped us a lot! Then I got help from Mark for another special customisation. He also helped me quickly and well. there are many customisations that you can do. They help you in a matter of minutes.

Have found the app to be great so far. Was simple to add to our website. We also wanted to make the sticky cart icon smaller and John was so helpful. Changed it straight away for us, was easy and really quick service. Definitely recommend!

I recently reached out to Upcart support regarding some translation issues on my Shopify store aimed a certain language speaking customers. I was having trouble changing certain phrases like "discounts" and "your cart is empty." The support team was incredibly responsive and guided me to the Cart Editor's Settings, where I found the Translations option. I really appreciated how friendly and patient they were throughout the process. I felt a bit silly for not noticing the solution myself, but Michelle reassured me that I could always reach out for help. Overall, my experience was fantastic! Thank you, Upcart team, especially Michelle for your exceptional support!

Launched the app today with not too many challenges - all were able to be sorted our with support very swiftly. Customisation was easy with a little CSS knowledge. Support with Lillian was great too. Hoping to see some AOV increases with the features the are available with Upcart. Nice work
