Great Support and Quick Resolution I had an unexpected charge after my free trial ended, but when I reached out to UpCart’s support team, they responded promptly and helped resolve the issue quickly. UpCart has the best cart drawer UI and functionality I’ve used so far, very clean and great features. I have used it on many stores over the past 2 years. It's fast too, which is very important. That said, support can be a mixed bag. They use non-technical customer facing support agents that seem to lean heavily on internal docs, which can be frustrating if you're used to apps like JudgeMe or Replo where support are technical and will immediately dive into your code directly. They have to escalate cases to their technical team which can take a while. Recently when I had an issue with the cart not showing on about 20% of loads, it took three days before the technical team confirmed it was a theme issue and not related to the app, something I think could’ve been confirmed faster. This is not to fault the support agents themselves as they are amazing, very kind and helpful and do their best with what they have. Still, the app itself works great and does what I need once set up. Just be ready to be a bit more hands-on, and potentially risk having some bugs for a few days if anything breaks.

The Cart does not send ATC data over to Klaviyo resulting in thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Still cant get any support from them to fix this issue.

Whoever is deciding whether to add this app to your store, just do it. It’s very functional. In my case, I needed a countdown timer that follows the customer from the collection page to the product page, then to the cart and checkout, showing when a sale would expire. I originally thought this app had that built in, but it didn’t. I tried adding my own code to UpCart, but it didn’t work. Luckily, the team (Brandon, Laura, and the devs) stepped in. After a few back and forth messages, they created a perfectly working custom solution for me. I really hope they add this functionality as a built-in feature in the future. In the meantime, I highly recommend reaching out to their support team. They are fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I wish my own customer service was this good. Huge shoutout to Laura and Brandon for making it happen. Cheers!

I installed UpCart to help boost my average order value, and it worked extremely well. The upsell features are super easy to set up and made a noticeable difference right away. I’ve seen a clear bump in AOV since adding it to my store. Definitely worth trying if you're looking to get more out of each order. Patti went out of way to help me resolve my issue and i would HIGHLY recommend this app!

Amazing technical support. I had an issue with my theme's compatibility and I got through to a REAL person from the company. They didn't waste my time and they are actively fixing the issue. We're using a lesser used theme and most companies would have had some off shore support who would just give up after wasting my time with useless unrelated questions. Highly recommend giving ROKT your business. This is how business should be done!
