A fantastic app and fantastic service when I needed some amendments to the code to position the app differently. Amrutha was super helpful and understanding and communicated really well with me. She ensured the job was done correctly. The app is really powerful and works great for cross-sells and the only app I found that works well with specific variants- Brilliant!

The app itself is usable, but the support is terrible. There are glitches with the pricing discounts, and the support team is completely unhelpful. It seems like the same person keeps replying without checking the previous messages, just repeating the same thing over and over. After two days of contact, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Summary: Issue caused by dynamic theme pricing preventing UFE from applying discounts properly. Hi Lois, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. This is far from the level of support we aim to provide. After a thorough investigation, we found that your theme dynamically renders both the price values and classes, which unfortunately prevents our app from applying discounts as expected—UFE requires a fixed element to wrap and display the correct pricing. This technical limitation made it difficult for our widget to function properly, and we apologize for not communicating that more clearly and sooner. The delay occurred because we genuinely explored every possible workaround from our end. We're also sorry if our replies felt repetitive—we always strive to provide meaningful updates but clearly fell short here. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a 30-day extended free trial and suggested an alternate setup (skipping the cart page) to avoid pricing discrepancies. However, we haven’t heard back from you yet. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right. We recently installed this app for our online store to display upsell offers in our shop. We searched a long time for a fitting app for our specific requirements and this one seems to fit them the best - the designs are adaptable and if you need some additional coding the support is there to help you. Amrutha was especially helpful! There are lots of different settings that are useful for example the "most popular" setting for upsell offers. The only thing that we are still missing is an integration with Shopify Translate & Adapt. But as the UFE Team works on that i have high promises that this app will help us immensly to boost our sales + conversion rates :)

A frustrating hunt after a cross-sell app finally ends - here! After uninstalling half a dozen useless apps we finally got to UFE where everything changed. It has it all! The looks, the functionality, ease of use, and ease of navigation are all great, you name it. We had very specific requirements to maintain the look of our store, to have photos of the recommended products listed in a specific layout and position, and to work with Variants and the UFE provides it all without an exception. It's super fast, works almost like it was a Shopify-native platform, has tons of options to set it exactly as you need it and much more. What was even more fascinating was when we approached the tech support about a change to be done across all our funnels (maybe 70 off), they volunteered to chew it for us and they did the labour and fixed it all on their end.
