Die App ist wirklich super und läuft bei uns nun bereits seit über 5 Jahren absolut einwandfrei und zuverlässig im täglichen Einsatz. Sie lässt sich flexibel einsetzen und hat uns enorm dabei geholfen, unsere Produktoptionen sauber und übersichtlich darzustellen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support: Nach einem kürzlichen Wechsel unseres Templates waren einige individuelle Anpassungen notwendig. Jon & Martin waren dabei jederzeit erreichbar – und das wirklich innerhalb weniger Minuten. Jede unserer Anfragen wurde schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert bearbeitet. So einen engagierten und effizienten Support findet man wirklich selten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit – klare Empfehlung für jeden, der eine zuverlässige Lösung für Produktoptionen sucht!

customers often don't get charged at all because the options don't function, or the get charged three times what it should be, we have those issues for years and the support is horrible, do yourself a favor and get yourself a better app

I've used VOPO for a number of years now, and am very pleased with the functionality. Having tried several option apps, I found VOPO to be the best by far. I particularly like the conditional variant options for products where there are a lot of selections to make - it keeps my product pages clean and not overwhelming for customers. The customer service is excellent, Jon & Martin recently helped me with some coding to hide out of stock variants, and they really couldn't have been more helpful :)

This app absolutely rules — and the team behind it does too. Variant Option Product Options (VO) by Relentless Apps has been a must-have for my Shopify store because it makes offering multiple variant/custom options clean, reliable, and easy to manage. We did run into an issue where another app was interfering with VO’s functionality, and I was bracing for the usual back-and-forth… but nope. It was handled immediately. Tech support from Relentless Apps was truly *relentless* — they jumped in fast, identified the conflict, and fixed it right away. That kind of responsiveness is rare. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and Jon has consistently been quick to reply, clear in his communication, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. If your store depends on offering multiple variants or custom options, this app is a necessity. Top-notch product, top-notch support. Bravo — and thank you!!

Cuando se añade un producto con add-on price al carrito y se va a hacer el pago las pasarelas de pago no se abren, solo pasa cuando hay productos con precios add-on en el carrito. No lo pueden arreglar y en soporte no ayudaron en nada. No lo recomiendo, hemos perdido muchas ventas por culpa de este problema.
Hola Sofia. Lamento mucho la frustración y el impacto que este problema tuvo en tus ventas. Entiendo lo grave que es cuando los clientes no pueden completar el pago, especialmente después de haber confiado en nuestra app durante años. Tan pronto como estuvimos en contacto con Shopify y el proveedor de pago externo, realizamos una investigación exhaustiva y múltiples pruebas directamente en tu tienda. Durante la investigación, confirmamos que los pagos comenzaron a redirigir correctamente nuevamente a Mercado Pago y Flow, incluyendo pedidos con price add-ons, sin que fuera necesario realizar ningún cambio en la configuración de tu tienda. Este tipo de situaciones puede ocurrir cuando existe un conflicto temporal de comunicación entre Shopify y ciertos proveedores de pago. Nuestra app no controla ni ejecuta código en la página de checkout, ya que Shopify gestiona esa parte por razones de seguridad, pero aun así tomamos estos problemas muy en serio y continuamos monitoreando todo para asegurar que funcione correctamente. Free plan is useless. No way to add pricing
Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration. The free plan is designed to let merchants test the app and create unlimited options for one product. Price add-ons are part of the Advanced plan, which is listed on the pricing page so merchants can choose the plan that fits their needs. Das Shopify Variants Plugin hat meinen Shop wirklich verbessert. Besonders hilfreich finde ich, wie einfach sich Produktvarianten anlegen, darstellen und verwalten lassen. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, und selbst komplexe Variantenkombinationen lassen sich ohne großen Aufwand einrichten. Auch die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten im Frontend sind super – die Varianten wirken sauber strukturiert, professionell und benutzerfreundlich. Seit der Installation haben meine Kund*innen deutlich weniger Rückfragen, und die Conversion Rate ist spürbar gestiegen. Der Support reagiert schnell und kompetent, was für mich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Plugin für alle, die ihre Produktvarianten übersichtlicher und moderner präsentieren möchten.

This app is amazing! Having sections of variants where multiple options can be selected is a game changer and I never knew it was possible. This is an incredible help and the team is super fast and responsive with inquiries. An amazing opportunity to optimize listings!
