Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. It took me days to set up the app. Unfortunately, the app has some bugs, e.g. product prices are not transferred to the checkout page. The customer service responded relatively quickly, but could not help in most cases. The technician is booked out for days, I was told. To fix my problems I would have had to wait 4 (!!!) days. Such slow service can ruin your business. I definitely cannot recommend this app, it just has too many bugs.
Thank you for the compliment, we do our best to answer emails quickly. When I looked into our emails I saw that we always responded within a few hours answering your questions and fixing any issues you had with the app. To be clear I do see Jon had told you it would take 1-4 days to fix your incompatibility issue with your theme where our app's virtual options were not showing there. I tried to fix this issue 24 hours after you gave us access to your store but you had already uninstalled the app. To be fair to all our customers we fix the problems of our customers in the order we receive them. The app is the best I ever used for custom made product. They really did a good job, the customer service replied very quick., and solved the problem quickly.Thank you soooo much.

I love this app. I was looking for a way to let customers create their own sets and bundles, and this works amazingly. It's super easy to customize, it offers a bunch of different options and so far it works pretty well. Totally recommend

What I like about the app is basically the design of all the options you can choose, it just looks nice. The price is quite fair for what the app accomplishes. What I hate about it is the fact that you need an additional addon to be able to enable discount codes. Also that you need to dublicate all products for a modification insteat of simply applying the settings to a collection and getting a good overview. Also that it's not linked to actuall products like bold does, it completely kills simple product cost calculation this way. Also that you can not use Javascript within the options to target the products directly and keep everything close together.
Thank you for your review. We're aware of these limitations. We had to make some tough design decisions that would help as many merchants as possible. A lot of them are workarounds for missing features in Shopify's API. Better group sets for controlling multiple products is one of our planned upgrades for the future. I use this app to add tons of custom options for my products. It works well and allows for price upgrades and conditional choices as well. Here's what I wish it did better: - Discount Codes -It does not work with shopify's discount codes so, you will have VERY frustrated customers because the discount code isn't working because of this app (I can't fix this even with another app) - Images - It does not allow you to change the image with the options selected. - Printing - If you want to print MULTIPLE orders or packings slips, the VO options chosen do not show up. So I have to spend time printing individual order pages to see what customers selected - this is a pain.
Hi Brad. We updated our app back in June of this year to allow discount codes to work with our app's price add-ons. The app is great for being able to add customization to products and added variants; however, it does override a lot of the theme options which has caused layout issues for our site.

We used this app to simplify selecting sizes and colours, allowing our customers to easily see what was in stock and what was not. When I ran into an issue (which in hindsight I should have easily been able to solve myself!), I got support within the hour and the problem was solved. This is a great app and I would fully recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their product listings.

I am using the app now for a second time. Very easy to work with and setup. I have both used it to customize add on for t-shirts and sweat's as well as prescription service for glasses, which needs as lot of details but they help to arrange in an easy way. The support is amazing, both very solution-oriented and quick. I can give them my best recommendation.

Excellent app. I was able to set options for my variants in no time. The user experience of our website became so much better now. I really recommend this app to anyone who has complex products that require several variants.
