Brilliant app does exactly what I needed. Had a bit of trouble setting it up but spoke to Jon who replied super quick and sorted out my issue. Also very patient with me Carol Taffytownuk

Customer service, hands down, the best out there. Quick responses, and very friendly! Jon knew exactly what I was trying to ask - and told me exactly what I needed to do to accomplish it. This is the best app I've found for product variations, and allowed me to setup customizations with conditional logic very easily. I'm a huge fan of how clean it looks and how integrated it feels!

I found this app does the job of offering product options nicely. It is also very quick and easy to use - unlike many apps. I found that a few operations were not working and the team resolved the problem for me....now it's perfect. Great App - Great Service

I quite like all the customizations I can do with this app. I always found it frustrating that all my products had to have the same look (all button, or all drop downs for the options). Now with this app, even if you don't need extra virtual options on a product page, you can customize the look for each normal variant - I can now have buttons for size, and drop down for colour in one product, and all drop downs for another product page, etc. It makes it easy to customize my site how I want for what makes sense for each product. Friendly and fast responses.

With of the Shopify help center, the app was not working with my theme and even I deleted the app they still charging me!
I already contacted Shopify and they gave you a full refund for all your charges. All the billing is handled automatically through Shopify and depending on the day you get your bill you may get charged up to 30 days after you uninstalled the app for a previous billing period. I have just started using Best Custom Products app for my candy store and I am thrilled with what it has been able to do for my website. My customers can now personalize each box of chocolates with their favorite pieces. The app is very easy to use and has well written instructions. Martin & John have impeccable customer service. They contacted me immediately when I emailed them with a question, and I had my answer right away.

I really liked this app, it's best if you are using this app by itself. I tried to use this app with another app and both wouldn't work together. it was then explained that only one app can be used to control the checkout process at a time. Well that's unfortunate, I would prefer to be able 2 use 2 apps at a time when it comes down to the check out process. I wanted my customers to be able to choose their customized options with this app, yet still be in a vip program with their own rewards from another app and I couldn't do both. if they can figure out how I can do both, I would gladly pay monthly again for both apps.
I am sorry the app didn't fit your needs. For our price add-ons feature to work it needs to take over the checkout process. Other apps like the one you have also need to take over the checkout process and that's why they aren't compatible. Sorry about that. Really fast response and quick fix. I had trouble with add on prices in my website. Jon was really helpful. He arranged me with hi team developer and fixed the issue before 12 hours. Really satisfied with the app.

They generated the charge immediately, they did not give me 14 days to check if it complies with what I require, and with the first revision it does not comply, I require my refund
I contacted Shopify and they issued you a refund. We also updated our app to give a cumulative 14 day trial. So now if someone installs the app for one day last year and installs again they will have 13 days left on their trial. You had previously installed our app last year and used up your free trial, so that is the reason why you were charged. That's how our previous system worked, giving a 14 day trial from the first day you installed. If you have any more questions let me know :) Thank you, Jon Relentless Apps

This app works great for what we need and the tech support under a TRIAL period no less has been amazing. They are even working on being able to use 2 options at the same time which will be terrific i.e. a checkbox with text and an image. I am happy to recommend this app/product and look forward to using it on our new site!

We use this app to help provide a larger variety of options for our customers and its amazing. After trying to find the perfect one, Best Custom Product Options has everything we needed and even more. Not to mention, the customer service is amazing too! After experiencing a small issue they resolved it within a day. Definitely recommend this app!!

Just went live with our restaurant and ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. 2 out of the first 8 orders randomly did not charge for the add on items. The add on item added to the order (text) and displayed to the customer, however did not actually charge. Going to have to scrap this app and hundreds of hours of time creating our variants for hundreds of food items. Very disappointed and have been paying for this app during development. No testing yielded this, and we are using the app in the most off-the-shelf intention. Reading other reviews this has been a known issue since June 2020.
Hi Katerina, we fixed the issues you had with the app. Some themes need settings or code to be changed to get everything working together. This app is great for setting customised products with several variants. The guys have always been quick to respond to queries, and always find a solution to the problem. So Glad I found their app.
