They generated the charge immediately, they did not give me 14 days to check if it complies with what I require, and with the first revision it does not comply, I require my refund
I contacted Shopify and they issued you a refund. We also updated our app to give a cumulative 14 day trial. So now if someone installs the app for one day last year and installs again they will have 13 days left on their trial. You had previously installed our app last year and used up your free trial, so that is the reason why you were charged. That's how our previous system worked, giving a 14 day trial from the first day you installed. If you have any more questions let me know :) Thank you, Jon Relentless Apps
This app works great for what we need and the tech support under a TRIAL period no less has been amazing. They are even working on being able to use 2 options at the same time which will be terrific i.e. a checkbox with text and an image. I am happy to recommend this app/product and look forward to using it on our new site!
We use this app to help provide a larger variety of options for our customers and its amazing. After trying to find the perfect one, Best Custom Product Options has everything we needed and even more. Not to mention, the customer service is amazing too! After experiencing a small issue they resolved it within a day. Definitely recommend this app!!
Just went live with our restaurant and ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. 2 out of the first 8 orders randomly did not charge for the add on items. The add on item added to the order (text) and displayed to the customer, however did not actually charge. Going to have to scrap this app and hundreds of hours of time creating our variants for hundreds of food items. Very disappointed and have been paying for this app during development. No testing yielded this, and we are using the app in the most off-the-shelf intention. Reading other reviews this has been a known issue since June 2020.
Hi Katerina, we fixed the issues you had with the app. Some themes need settings or code to be changed to get everything working together. Great app that gives us the ability to create beautiful variant choices with colors and images. Variants for each product is very easy to customise. And good, quick and helpful support.

Would be really good if relentless app could come up with more features in One single app. (for eg - virtual options, size chart/guide, customer reviews, etc - primarily all check out features into one single APP).

The only app I could find that would meet 90% off my needs and support is just amazing so quick to reply to email and would definitely recommend this app to anyone. If you can make this app work with ajax cart that would AWESOME!

I have tried several product option apps and this has been the easiest to set up. Plus the customer service with this app is outstanding. Super helpful and fast replies. I highly recommend.
This app has helped me fix a problem with obtaining customised info for products, quite often customers would omit this in the notes box at check out and I would spend a lot of time chasing them for their customisation details but this fixes the issue. Easy to install and use. Highly recommended!
its a good easy app to use, we needed a fix to a problem we were experiencing and one email to support and the answer was provided quickly to solve the issue.

This is a really good app which fits my requirements. On top it, price is pretty competitive which makes it a lucrative deal. I had an issue theme compatibility with this plugin and it was resolved pretty quickly. Kudos to the team.
This app was perfect for me as I needed the option to add names to products in different colors. The supports was also very fast and they swiftly sorted anything I couldn't figure out myself.
