I've used this app on several stores now, and it's the best. I contacted support for one store and support got back to me right away with the correct answer. Highly recommend.

I definitely like the app and think it's a big help, though I'd really like the option to change swatch/image sizes for each product...hint hint. The customer service has been great and to me, that is as valuable as the product functionality. I also signed up for their Size Chart app and am very happy with it!

Shopify is very lack luster when it comes to variants. Our business offers a lot of options for our products and this was just what we needed. Customer service as amazing too! I highly recommend this app if you have a lot of variants.

I do custom pet and hooman portraits on my website. This app helped me to provide tons of options for customer to upload photos, summit their preference, etc. I was having trouble in the beginning with the product options being covered by some of the images. And their support team has been helping me to fix the problem! They even help me to modify a few things to make my website even more user friendly! Great customer service and great App! Special thanks to Jon and Martin who helped me fix all the problems!

I wouldn't be in business without this app -- my product depends on its functionality 100%. There have been a few minor issues, which is to be expected, and Jon and Martin have fixed them immediately. They reply within 24 hours with a solution that works. Highly recommend.

The Best App for product add-ons & options period. I have tried all 100+ apps on Shopify & nothing beats this app. A Bit pricey than other similar looking apps but for a reason & worth it. Kudos to the small team of 2 people. 21 21

A good plugin, really helps you in adjusting the variant to be more simple and attractive. The support team is also very helpful if there are problems. Very good!

We wanted to maintain similar functionality to our previous site on another platform and Best Custom Product Options did that better than any other offering. Tech support and customer service have been awesome!

Great app if you need more than 100 variants in your store. Even if you have less it's much easier to configure variants with this app and you can copy settings and not have to setup each item separately. Had a small display error and Jon/Martin resolved it extremely quickly. Keep up the good work guys!

The app is very helpful for my type of products. However, there was a glitch with how it worked with my website, but Jon and Martin were able to respond to the problem quickly and fixed it

Really happy with this APP and the customer service. We could not operate our website without the app as most of our Items are personally customised. Their support is terrible. They said we can do it to the question I asked first and then they said they got it wrong. Now I ask one question and they give me another answer.

We have been using the app for 6 months, during this period we have faced several issues (the structure of the options of our store is complicated as well our store has a currency converter and the store is multilingual) but all of them have been solved by the app team correctly. I don't know the apps without bugs, but I respect the support team for their efforts and problem-solving approach. We recommend this app and its team.

I love this app! I had a small problem initially with the virtual options not appearing correctly on my home page. They responded to me quickly and efficiently and even helped me solve the problem by taking access to my site. I really appreciate their service and will definitely keep the app in the future and recommend it.
