We used this app to help us create a custom solution for our customers when we suddenly had to provide online access to our brick and mortar customers at the beginning of the pandemic. It was pretty easy to use and the the app support was very quick to respond and provide detailed info on how to make the updates we needed.

We are in the process of rolling an existing e-commerce store from one platform over to Shopify. To do that, we needed a suite of apps to help us get up and running quickly and the team at Relentless Apps has been a big part of that. Rather than just installing a plugin and rolling with whatever odd behaviors occur, Relentless Apps responded to (and fixed!) a few conflicts with our theme while we were still in the 'Free' trial period of their app. Moreover, they happened to identify a problem inside of our theme's code itself, which the theme developer was then able to fix quickly. Not only does this demonstrate an impressive technical grasp of e-commerce platforms, but it shows a genuine desire to offer terrific service.

I used this app to build a rather complex customisable set of products. The tech support from the Relentless Apps team has been very comforting. They reply within 24 hours and are very helpful. I'm happy to recommend them.

wow. FINALLY, a customization app that isn't ugly, functions well, and is intuitive to use. I truly believe I tried every single app and none fit my needs until this one. The support is also top notch. No customization app is perfect, but this one comes lightyears closer than any of the others that i've tried. The conditional values are a great feature I didn't know I needed until I had it. Such a relief to find this app.

This app is just what we needed to create added functionality for our variants. It allows us to easily add variants that can be based upon conditional values, thus allowing certain things to appear and disappear as needed, making our products much more user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing. The team at Relentless has been extremely helpful, and answer any questions I have had quickly. They care about their product and it shows. I would recommend this product to anyone who uses variable content in their online store.

Loving this app! It's really helped me add more user-friendly colour, size and personalized options in my shop, and helped me manage my inventory on Shopify (so not every single option has to be tracked in inventory!) I also ran into an issue with printing invoices in Order Printer and Martin and Jon were really quick to answer and fix it for me! Highly recommend!

I tried literally all the top Product Option/Variant apps in the Shopify marketplace and Best Custom Production Options has the most flexible and dependable product config options around (e.g. conditional logic, at least/at most/exactly on multi-swatches). Jon and Martin have been incredibly responsive and even helped me through some integration challenges with another Shopify app to ensure my store operates as expected. Highly recommend this app and team!

So many problems with this app. Firstly, options are difficult to organise. Once you add an option e.g. size to Tshirt A, you can duplicate it to Tshirt B easily. But if you suddenly forgot to add the colour option on Tshirt A, duplicating Tshirt A to B will replace all of Tshirt B's unique options, different from Tshirt A. This was extremely annoying as I could not duplicate only one option. You must pay for an external app to have discount code box enabled. If you don't, there's no discount box. I ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. I lost money from that and the customer service said they tried their best but could not figure out why my orders would randomly be placed without price add-ons. This is the absolute worst, it happened twice, out of 10 orders and that's enough to make me delete this app. Customer service was not replied in the nicest manner. I've had better support from another app I found that is better than this for much cheaper, where they could show me screenshots and videos of how to change something. Don't waste your hours adding all the options and then having your website close down for a week to figure out the problem. Pros: I like all the options and the look, especially with the instructions type option where I can add a photo to help shoppers understand the option better. Could be better, honestly.

I added the app to help with providing my customers a more efficient shopping experience by noting what styles are sold out. There was a minor glitch when I added it but the developers fixed it quickly. I would recommend this app.

PROS: 1. The guys that write the app are great. They will promptly and timely answer to your questions. Keep going with a good job! 2. The main thing that distinguishes this app from all other similar apps is that this app is written logically, intuitively, and with lots of thought. 3. The interface is very easy to work with, hats down, you won't need to read the FAQ or watch videos. You'll jump right in and start customizing. 4. You can do all the customizations in one app - text, long text color & image swatches, instruction/information bars, grid, buttons, checkboxes, radio boxes, file upload, dropdown. I found only 1 other Shopify app that can do all of the above. 5. You can use HTML code in the instruction fields which makes your page unique and gives tones of possibilities to decorate it in colors, images, font sizes, paragraphs, etc. For those like me who don't understand HTML - there are free automated web sites that would code the HTML. Just search for "word to HTML" on google. 6. This app has the most simple and elegant design on the outside. Simple, clean lines and shapes of the fields and swatches, that would interfere and match any website design. 7. Price is great and compared to other apps and their possibilities, this one wins over anything else. CONS: 1. The app does not interact with AJAX pop up cart. The developers said they are thinking to write their own AJAX pop up cart and I hope they do it soon. This is really important. 2. The price add on didn't work for my theme (bought outside Shopify), however, they fixed it, but, the price add on now appears in the shopping cart as a completely individual product without a photo. Very weird. I wish I was able to at least attach a photo for this new "product" so the customers don't feel as weird as I felt when I saw it.

The Best Custom Product App has been such an awesome custom build tool for our Shopify store. We have several custom products that require quite a bit of detailed information from the customer to make sure the product is dialed in to their exact specifications. The Best Custom Product App did exactly what we needed it to do and it was so easy to use. Along the way, Jon provided impeccable customer service and was so incredibly supportive and helpful. If you're looking to have a custom order process on your Shopify store, we highly recommend the Best Custom Product app!

I used the other option app, but that one won't support adding tax on options. I have to test several apps and move to this one. Great app, easy to use. Excellent tech support, get back to me in 1 business day and really helpful on getting my issue fixed.
