This app was one of the only apps we could find to display color swatch variants in a simple, clean format. The customer service was awesome and responsive. I highly recommend this app for anyone!

very dissapointing app.... after lots and lots of hours confugurating after view weeks not working well. shows no more option pictures. Lost of money... so sad.
We tried to email you about this issue but we never heard back. Since everything was working fine before, your comments make me believe it was another app that you installed causing the issues. Sometimes, things just don't go as expected but I think we deserve a chance to help you fix the issue you had and provide you with great, immediate service. Could not be happier with this app and Relentless. Have used this app on a couple Shopify stores. Has worked great to improve the shopping experience. The couple times we had minor issues that we thought might be linked to BCPO, Relentless responded very quickly to address and correct the problem.

It's great - it does what it says it does and interface in both laptop and mobile is fantastic and elegant. Quick backoffice service from developers, too. Biggest downside for me is that I have to sacrifice the ability to submit discount codes as this app takes over the discount box. Edit - the work around for this issue and make the app compatible with adding and allowing discounts in the cart page is adding an app called KartDiscount (https://apps.shopify.com/discount-coupon-field-in-cart-page/?bcpolink)

I use this app to show multiple colour and size options. The guys were great to work with! Extremely fast to respond, and fixed some things for me so it would work exactly as I wanted it to. I highly recommend it!

I use it to show the different leathers I have available on my site and other custom options and it's super easy to use and looks great. Awesome app, really love it so far!

Simple and easy to use. Meeting special needs. The point is that the team is very efficient. Sometimes there were problems with compatibility between the app and the template, but they were quickly resolved after feedback to them. Best Custom Product Options!

I used this app to add options to my product e.g. accessories, calibration, installation kit, etc. Their support team work very fast and helpful. It would be better if this app can allow for bulk import of all my product option list using excel or csv file.

In short, the app is one of the best in its kind. We tried a few of different apps for product options with a price addon feature and none of them matched our requirements. Some of them were slow to load. The others required some extensive integration before to use with cluttered interface. After installing the app we were able to use it straight away. The app has a minimalist interface, exactly what we wanted. I wish the app would have a product search by any keyword from a product name, and not its full name. Of course, you can also search by a vendor or collection name. When we needed some help the guys were very responsive. They did everything we asked them to do, and did it quickly. We highly recommend to use the app for product options as it has a lot of features you might ever need to sale your products more successfully.

Great app and even better customer support. Fit a specific need we had with displaying multiple image swatches. I highly suggest trying it out to see if it suits your needs, as Martin and Jon are more than willing to help with any questions/concerns/problems you may have.

I used this app to setup a very complex product for our shop. I had researched a number of Custom Product Option apps and tested them and they all failed in terms of the user experience on the front end. When I found this app and tested it, not only was the customer support amazing and responsive - it worked for my needs. I highly recommend this app. Its easy to use and straight forward.

This app fits my needs perfectly. We sell printing online and there are so many variables for each product and this app allows us to cover them all! Martin and Jon are always quick to answer questions and help with integration issues. Very pleased!
