This is the BEST app for custom options! Super easy to use. I just love it! I was able to add 7 more options to my product page to make my product completely custom. Also, customer service is amazing. They fixed a small glitch within just an hour. Thanks again!!

Just went live with our restaurant and ran into the issue where orders came in without price add-ons. 2 out of the first 8 orders randomly did not charge for the add on items. The add on item added to the order (text) and displayed to the customer, however did not actually charge. Going to have to scrap this app and hundreds of hours of time creating our variants for hundreds of food items. Very disappointed and have been paying for this app during development. No testing yielded this, and we are using the app in the most off-the-shelf intention. Reading other reviews this has been a known issue since June 2020.
Hi Katerina, we fixed the issues you had with the app. Some themes need settings or code to be changed to get everything working together. App wont work. In addition to what they charge, they will send you an email forcing you to take 1 more paid app so the actual price they charge will actual charge. What is this scam?? How does Shopify even allow that?
Update: Shopify made an update and discount codes now work with our apps price add-ons. No third party app needed. Old Response: Hi Barak. Despite your negative review, it looks like you liked our app enough to be using it months later :) We tried our best to help you by adding product options for you, answering all your emails, giving you an extended free trial, and giving you a discount to offset the price of KartDiscount. We don't force anyone to install another paid app. Our app uses draft orders to collect our price add-ons and at the moment Shopify hasn't made this compatible with discount codes. I use this app since I create customized products based on images uploaded by customers. I was having an issue with the features not playing nicely with my shop's theme, but their support team fixed it in just a few days. The service is terrific and it's the easiest app I've tried (and I've tried about 3 or 4) to allow customers to upload images, choose variants, etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We are currently using this wonderful APP on two Shopify sites ... it is one of our favourites so far and we expect to be adding it to all of shopping cart client sites in 2021. Great service and support from the guys too!

Best Custom Product Options has been a really great addition to the store. Not only are the virtual options exactly what we needed, the team behind the app is awesome! Martin was incredibly helpful as we needed help showing the virtual variant through Shopify's Order Printer. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Martin updated the template in a completely appropriate time frame. Thanks, Martin!

I just love this app, it so perfectly fits store design and you still have a lot of customization options on top of that. Functionality is exactly what is needed to give extra options for product variants. Support is fast and very helpful. Fully recommend !

This app is great for setting customised products with several variants. The guys have always been quick to respond to queries, and always find a solution to the problem. So Glad I found their app.

Great app with excellent customer service. I know nothing about programming or any thing like that. Setup was easy, but there was one little glitch in my shopping cart. They fixed it for me right away! Love the way I'm able to make ordering so much easier for my customers. Highly recommend. :)

Great app that gives us the ability to create beautiful variant choices with colors and images. Variants for each product is very easy to customise. And good, quick and helpful support.

messed up with my theme. my add to cart button can not work at all after i use this app. wasted thousands of fb ad fee. i am writting this down to remind my self so that i don't come back again.

La meilleure application de personnalisation des options parmi toutes celles que j'ai essayé ! Personnalisation du design des options paramétrées dans Shopify, addition d'option supplémentaires, mise en forme conditionnelle , etc. Bref tout y est ! Et sans compter un service d'assistance ultra efficace, il réponde vite (de quelques heures à 48h max) et ils ont toujours trouvé des solutions à mes problèmes et m'ont même fait des propositions qui m'ont permis d'améliorer ma boutique ! Je recommande à 1000% !!!

Awesome support. Thanks Martin for your prompt response. Very easy to use app, does what it says & customer support is just awesome. Would be really good if relentless app could come up with more features in One single app. (for eg - virtual options, size chart/guide, customer reviews, etc - primarily all check out features into one single APP).
