App is unstable. I've had to buy the app four times and it still doesn't work right. Choosing "Contact Support" from the dashboard only takes me to the installation page. This app is unreliable, unstable and not recommended in any way. You will waste a lot of time trying to get this thing to cooperate.

This app leaves code after uninstallation (4 files + injected line of code in your liquid theme file). I accidentally noticed some errors in the Chrome log from the hulk code being loaded (and thus affecting my load time).

Its described as an upsale branch for this company. Wouldn't care if it only worked and displayed properly. Its a very badly coded app. I was trying to get an app that offered additional discounts on top of the volume discount and this app does that but you can't apply the discount to a specific product.

Bought this app to get discounts when purchasing more than 1 product. I created the offer but then it sometimes worked and most of the time didnt when it was live on my store. Then when it showed the tiered pricing on my store, the discount didnt apply at checkout. The odd time it did but it took a good 30s to load. Very unhappy with this app and would not recommend.

This app did not meet my needs. I needed the app for one product but then needed to upgrade to a paid plan for the one small feature I needed. AND after I had removed it I found out by email that I had to go into my theme coding and manually remove code. This is above my skills and very risky with my store right before Christmas. I wish I would have know this before I installed it.

Downloaded the app, paid $30 for expedited technical support since it didn't work on my store. They didn't resolve it within 48 hours, then ignored my request for a refund. Deleted the app.. poor customer service is unacceptable in 2020, downloaded another app that worked almost instantly.

WOW!! This is by far the worst app I have ever seen on Shopify. I can't even comprehend how it is possible that I can't have a paypal button on my website in order for your app to work and on top of that I can't even have a buy it now button either and it doesn't work with a page builder which is obviously much more important since I build all my product pages there. It took several days to even get this thing to work on the checkout page cause it's something they have to do manually for whatever reason and you have to open a ticket plus create an account to even get help. I'm absolutely speechless how bad everything is on this app and the developers and customer service. The only good thing was the widget in itself but that's pretty much it. This is the first review I've ever left and I have been using Shopify and multiple apps for years. I thought first it was a joke haha and the support needs a revamp, plus having to open a ticket just to get some help for install is absolutely ridiculous. No clue how they are still in business. After uninstalling they send you an email of steps you have to go through to remove all different codes, because a bunch of them are still there even after automatic uninstall. Just be aware guys, stay away! Honestly they don't even deserve half a star!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!

Worst support team customer service I have ever received. I emailed them multiple times and can reply to me 2 days later with an email saying we did not get a response from you if your issue resolved. And after telling that my issue is not resolved, and they ask me to email them again, i email and again i don't get a reply. Where is my email even going then? Worst decision to have downloaded this app

User beware! I tried this app and it it APPEARS to work but does not. The discount was present all the way through the checkout process but once the customer clicked the "Pay now" button the app would only sometimes apply the discount. Customers credit cards would be charged more than they were quoted. I deactivated the app quickly but in the time it was being used, it had about a 50% success rate. Unreliable. Do not recommend.

Inaccurate. USE WITH CAUTION. On my end, discounts worked accurately. When tested on another computer, the system discounted WAY low. When we switched browsers, the discount didn't even appear.

I have applied this app to my store for my discounts however when my customers go to check out on apple pay the discount removes itself. The discount however works for all other payment methods. I have emailed Volume & Tiered Discounts numerous times and had nothing back - really sad as everything else about this app works perfectly and its easy to use

We have reached out quite a few times to their support and each time it has been sub par. Many have not even addressed this issue. We consistently have orders that no discount is applied and we physically have to reach out to the buyer and issue a refund. This is time wasted on a task that should be easily incorporated. Also, having to reach out to the customer just isn't a professional way to handle our business!
