DO NOT USE THIS APP. THE APP SUDDENLY STARTED CALCULATING ALL THE DISCOUNTS WRONG AND WE GOT SOME CUSTOMERS BUYING WITH 90% AND 100$ DISCOUNT. i CONTACTED THE CHAT, THEY WERE ONLINE, THEY READ MY COMMENTS AND THEY DIDN'T REPLY.

Completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update. Yesterday I discovered that my other app, called Bulk Product Options, was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money. The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly. I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options. I do not recommend this company or any of their apps.

App is unstable. I've had to buy the app four times and it still doesn't work right. Choosing "Contact Support" from the dashboard only takes me to the installation page. This app is unreliable, unstable and not recommended in any way. You will waste a lot of time trying to get this thing to cooperate.

This app leaves code after uninstallation (4 files + injected line of code in your liquid theme file). I accidentally noticed some errors in the Chrome log from the hulk code being loaded (and thus affecting my load time).

Its described as an upsale branch for this company. Wouldn't care if it only worked and displayed properly. Its a very badly coded app. I was trying to get an app that offered additional discounts on top of the volume discount and this app does that but you can't apply the discount to a specific product.

Stopped working recently. It shows the discount in cart, but doesn't apply after checkout. I have had it installed for over a year now and it has stopped working in the past 1-2 months.

This app did not meet my needs. I needed the app for one product but then needed to upgrade to a paid plan for the one small feature I needed. AND after I had removed it I found out by email that I had to go into my theme coding and manually remove code. This is above my skills and very risky with my store right before Christmas. I wish I would have know this before I installed it.

User beware! I tried this app and it it APPEARS to work but does not. The discount was present all the way through the checkout process but once the customer clicked the "Pay now" button the app would only sometimes apply the discount. Customers credit cards would be charged more than they were quoted. I deactivated the app quickly but in the time it was being used, it had about a 50% success rate. Unreliable. Do not recommend.

I have applied this app to my store for my discounts however when my customers go to check out on apple pay the discount removes itself. The discount however works for all other payment methods. I have emailed Volume & Tiered Discounts numerous times and had nothing back - really sad as everything else about this app works perfectly and its easy to use

We have reached out quite a few times to their support and each time it has been sub par. Many have not even addressed this issue. We consistently have orders that no discount is applied and we physically have to reach out to the buyer and issue a refund. This is time wasted on a task that should be easily incorporated. Also, having to reach out to the customer just isn't a professional way to handle our business!

It worked on the product page, but once added to cart it started messing up prices of other unrelated items. Discounted literally everything else in the cart that it wasn't even linked to, even making some items free!? Unusable.

I had this app for less than a week. The servers have been down 3 times that I know of where the discounts were not showing. The last time it went down, It had disabled the checkout button so my customers could not order anything for hours resulting in loss income and sending them to my competitors. I do not recommend this app at all. I am so happy I did not send an email promoting the discounts this app does. That would have been a lot more angry customers that couldn't get the right pricing. I have enough of them right now that could not check out. If you install this app make sure you have a backup of your theme. You will need it when this app goes down.

Sorry, have to vote down my inicial rating. This plugin destroyed my shoppify store and cannot be uninstalled completely. It interacted badly with another app. Support tried to help in the beginning but gave up. No reactions anymore. So one star for the app and one star for the support. Really dissapointed.

This app has got worse and worse since more users are using it. This app relies on api calls to their own servers, which slows down your checkout. As of today, their server is down, with a 503 error showing in my shopify apps admin section, and a greyed out 'add to cart' button on my website cart page, meaning no-one can purchase from my store. Ive had to roll back my theme 6 months to get rid of their code as an uninstall does not fix this issue. The developers behind this take days to respond to tickets. Be aware that installing this app means that your cart will be slower and that if any issues arise your cart button will not work. I guess this is the price you pay for using a free app!
