The tiered pricing feature of this app is exactly what we needed. We went from managing three separate variants selling the same underlying product at three different effective prices (including manually managing the inventory levels) to a single item/variant with a three-tiered pricing model literally overnight. The settings and options were all very straight forward and intuitive. Best of all, this is all offered as part of the free version of the app. On top of that, when we experienced some minor formatting issues (discount table placement and size) while integrating this app with our theme that we couldn't resolve on our own, the HulkApps developers jumped right in and made the necessary changes. I read a few reviews indicating the support was slow or non-responsive, and that was not our experience at all. Keep in mind that developers may work in very different time zones than your store, so the responses may not be within the hour, so expectations need to be realistic. We went into it understanding that it may not be a 10 minute implementation to get this looking exactly how we wanted, so we planned for a changeover period. Bottom line, we installed the app and had the functionality we needed in less than 30 minutes. It took a few more days of small back and forth adjustments with the extremely helpful HulkApps team to get it visually integrated seamlessly with the theme. Definitely recommend the app and the developer.

The service with this app is excellent! The only thing that keeps me from giving the app a 5 is the discount does not show on the product page. Outside of that the app works great!

We used this app to apply bulk discounts to our orders. It was so easy to install and integrate into our store. There were a few areas which needed to be tweaked to our specifications, and the support team was amazing. They always responded quickly, and resolved issues quickly too. We had tried a different app before this one, and we had some issues that they weren't able to (or inclined to) resolve, so it was so great when the HulkApps team was so helpful and offered great support. Would definitely recommend this app.

We have reached out quite a few times to their support and each time it has been sub par. Many have not even addressed this issue. We consistently have orders that no discount is applied and we physically have to reach out to the buyer and issue a refund. This is time wasted on a task that should be easily incorporated. Also, having to reach out to the customer just isn't a professional way to handle our business!

Either the page or the function can meet my needs, but it does not work at all! ! ! And I sent two emails to support team, but neither received any reply. I want to solve the problem and use it, but I'm disappointed

I had issues with configuring the app to out theme but the support department and Kubushbu and Sanjay were a big help.

It worked on the product page, but once added to cart it started messing up prices of other unrelated items. Discounted literally everything else in the cart that it wasn't even linked to, even making some items free!? Unusable.

I use the app to add bulk discounts to my items, but sometimes the functionality breaks after an update. Usually I can fix any issues that crop up, but this time I couldn't locate the change. Contacted support and they fixed the issue after a day, creating a backup incase anything else messed up, which shopify itself doesn't seem to do properly. Pleased with the fix.

I've been using the Volume & Tired Discount app for some time with great success. We recently updated our theme which messed things up with how it showed on the site. I contacted support and they had everything fixed right away. I haven't had that kind of support service from a developer in ages! Thanks to everyone at Hulk Apps support!

It is difficult to set for each product registration, so can't you automatically sync with a specific tag?

Great App and superb support from the team! A small suggestion; show the discount box even when the tier-ed discount is activated. If the customer has a discount code that gives higher discount amount, use that or else keep the tier-ed discount. Nonetheless, this App works perfectly :)

I never leave reviews but for this app, it is well deserved! I had a couple of issues with integration at the beginning but it wasn't an issue for the support staff as the issue was sorted within the hour. I have tried many types of tiered pricing and discount apps but none of them has done what I want and I have paid for the most expensive and still hasn't done what I wanted. This app does everything I want and works for my customers, so if their happy I'm happy!

I use this app to allow me to discount products based on how many units a customer orders. The app works well and does just that. I am on the basic plan so the fact that I can get the features I need for Free is a great value. I use this app integrated with Hulk's Infinite Product Options to really customize my product page. Hulk's support team is very responsive and worked very hard to answer all of my questions and troubleshoot for me. I find them very helpful. I did notice a grammar error in how the discount is displayed at checkout, and I also did wish there was an option for me to customize the wording of the Discount Display Grid on the product page. But in general the app is going to work for my store and I am very happy with it.
