Amazing app! Allows clear view of what discounts are. Easy to use. Customer services team have been brilliant in helping to get it implemented on the site and also make some minor changes to the displays. UPDATE: Changed out template for our site and needed to reconfigure the app, team were great in getting it sorted very quickly, thanks guys!

Love the app and support team is above and beyond they replied to all my email ( 20 of them!) before I purchase the pro version. would recommend for sure!!

Good app! Tiered discounts important for a couple of our products. Very quick and effective support with front end issues I couldn't fix myself.

We had a couple minor issues with our template and the team at hulk was very responsive in helping us getting everything working properly. We have several hulk apps and they are really amazing to work with all around. I must also add that the issues we had were not from this app directly it was from our template and HULK did not have to help but they stepped up when the template company would not

Great app and great customer service. This app does what it states. I would recommended this app. Setting it up is a little time assuming.

I used this app for multi purchases for my customer. Now they are buying more. Getting this app to work with my theme was a little challenging, but customer service was very helpful.

While something of a complicated installation (especially with theme modifications), the support team was highly responsive and quick to address and resolve initial configuration hurdles. Performance and effectiveness of the app notwithstanding, there's a solid developer presence behind it.

I include standard shipping in my product price. I'm using Volume & Tiered Discounts to give a shipping discount on multiples of the same product.

The App stopped working without any update. I tried reaching support but no response. Got stuck with a very important campaign that uses this App's functionality.

Took awhile, but customer service help with my issues. Now the app is working great and my customers are now buying more products with the multi discounts that I have created.

This is app is awesome. Few months back, I was looking for an app for multi purchase discount, apparently all are charged app. HULK code offer free for volume & tiered discount, which suits exactly what I want! I was quite frustrated initially I downloaded it but not working. I decided to email to their support team. I must say, I am very dumb in tech and IT, HULK code support are excellent, with no delay they help to to fix my problem. Last 2 weeks I encounter checkout problem in my store, all customer couldn't checkout from their mobile. SHOPIFY support claimed they can't due to I'm using 3rd party PAID theme, they suggest to me to switch back to SHOPIFY theme or hire an individual technician support. I reached out to HULK code support if they can help me with my problem. YES, with no delay, they reply to me and offer help as I'm using their add on Volume & Tiered Discount. They patiently reply to all my email and help me out. Thank you so much for the excellent support, fast responses and patient, what's more, is FOC! I highly recommended this app!

It works pretty well for us, but it seems I have run into a big hurdle. We use multiple currencies with Shopify Payments. If I set up a volume discount of 30 DKK when purchasing 2 products, it works fine when user has selected DKK as currency. But when he switches to USD, the customer gets a discount of $30, which is 6 times too much. Am I missing something?

I had this app for less than a week. The servers have been down 3 times that I know of where the discounts were not showing. The last time it went down, It had disabled the checkout button so my customers could not order anything for hours resulting in loss income and sending them to my competitors. I do not recommend this app at all. I am so happy I did not send an email promoting the discounts this app does. That would have been a lot more angry customers that couldn't get the right pricing. I have enough of them right now that could not check out. If you install this app make sure you have a backup of your theme. You will need it when this app goes down.

Good app, even better support At first, it took some getting used to the app. Where is what? And does it actually work? Because I have to get it working, I approached Hulk support and I don't regret it for a second. Everything works now and I understand the settings and possibilities. You can easily make stack discounts and apply them to 1 product or to a collection or to all your products. Then you have quite a few possibilities to inform the customer about the discount. This strongly contributes to sales results. Tip: don't look for another app too quickly if it doesn't seem to work. Contact Hulk Support instead. You get a very good and effective discount app in return. In short; highly recommended!

I wanted to do a simple 3 for £30 on a £12 product and there is no way to do this without an app. I am so glad I found this app (as well as Product Options) because I've been able to do this simple thing, really simply and it works a treat. I love how the original price is crossed out in the cart to show the customer that they are getting the product for £10 each instead of £12 - this is a lovely touch which shows the discount we're offering in real time. The app was really easy to configure and I am delighted.
