Garbage. Half the features don't work. Support is non-existent. Anybody giving high reviews on customer service got scammed into paying $49 for a "premium" install. In other words you have to pay for customer service. If they did a better job they could crush it, there is a gap for this as a freemium option in the app store. Off to use Discounted Pricing by Booster Apps like everyone else serious about making money. Deleted.

This is the worst app and unreliable!!! Our website checkout page is not working because of this app we have tried to contact developer several without response!!! We have not have any sales since then!! This is the same issue we had the last week!!! So frustrated!!! We uninstalled the app from our theme but coding where still there!!! PLEASE DO NOT InStall this APP!!! Very bad SERVICE!!!!

I paid for professional installation and only got a few emails about how it was set up but could never get it to work on my site and further communication came to a halt! I am too busy to mess around with poor customer service. I want my money back!

Most useless app since they made it Pro Paid version! Wont show products anymore. Its a shame, it use to be a good app.

This app caused our Checkout button to take a long time to load which caused our conversion rate to plummet.

Misleading information of abilities. If you want to do Buy 3 (of any product) to get 15% off entire cart - this ap won't work, support confirmed its not possible. The % off only works if you buy 3 of the exact same product. This is useless for upselling, especially for digital products.

Does not work with Narrative theme due to limitations with Ajax cart, so Cart Drawer does not show discounts for customers. The Cart Drawer makes the purchase experience more enjoyable and faster for our customers so unfortunately we were unable to utilize this app and have to stick with offering bulk discounts via coupon codes.

Won't work in the latest version of Safari 12.0.3, just bounces back and forth between store admin and HulkApps. Uninstalling.

I asked for a simple code tweak to fix an alignment issue this app was causing on my cart page. Support asked for way too many permissions for my liking. Why does your staff need access to my orders, customers, marketing and reports for a simple code tweak. I've requested much more detailed work from other apps and never had to give access to these sections. Worse yet, my ask for a simple explanation as to why access is needed was met with a very poor response "Our developer needs access as mentioned". Yes, ok. But why? I'm happy to change my review once a proper explanation can be made, until then I will be uninstalling, as per Shopify's advice. My simple advice to other merchants is beware.

This app provides basic quantity discounts and that part works well. However, an item which is not disclosed on their description page is this app does not work with Paypal Express Payment and other payment types from the Cart Page. It only provides proper discounts from the Checkout Page. If you offer Paypal Express Checkout or other Cart Page payments it won't calculate the discount for your customer. I found out the hard way. If they could fix this issue the app would be 4 stars. If they would update the app to allow different Discount Text per Offer versus one Discount Text to be used for all Offers this app would be 5 stars. Feb 26, 2019 update: Just discovered that the Shopify Discount Code is also disabled if a customer buys any products that use the HulkApp volume discount. HulkApp didn't tell us this limitation up front. They now have a work around (supposedly) but you have to add more of their code where you believe you need it... Part of the beauty of Shopify is being able to build a website without having to know code. This HulkApp drags you into coding. Be aware... Dropped my rating to a 1 star with this new information. I can tell that Support is trying to help but the solutions are often a bit cryptic for my skillset and involve editing code... Not where I wanted this to go.

The app is completely misleading. I set up a promotion so my customers will save 10% for 1 item, 20% for 2 items, 30% for 3+ items...as the app suggests they can do. I paid for advertising and posted the offer on all my sales channels and social media. Only to get a heap of complaints that it only works if they purchase multiples of the same item. Who wants more than 1 of the same thing?! When I contacted support, they took hours to get back to me and fobbed off my issue saying "sorry we don't support this function". I've had to refund customers the difference, take down all my advertising and re-advertise at my own cost, as well as losing customers trust. Their marketing is completely misleading and the support is non existent.

I am having customers who use Internet Explorer complain they cannot check out. I reached out to Shopify for help and they advised it was this app. I reached out to Hulk's support and they said "I would like to inform you that our application doesn't function well with IE browser as it doesn't supports the latest version of JQuery." I have customers leaving without purchasing because they can't checkout. Just letting anyone who have customers using Internet Explorer to be cautious using HulkApps products.

Not sure if this was an issue with our site or not but as soon as we start syncing products via the app, we lost variations as well as thumbnail photos. When we went back to previous saved versions of template.liquid (before the ap) everything was fine again. Again, this could be something unique to us - as the ap has great reviews - but just a word of warning. We won't use it, unfortunately.
Our app has gone through significant improvements recently and Product Sync error has been fully resolved. We hope you allow our technical experts to jump in and set it up for you. Thank you!

I installed and then uninstalled. However, now it has left some code in my site which is causing my prices to display errors. Stay away unless you want to have issues in the future.
