We started to use the Volume & Tiered Discounts app and increased our sales by 12% directly. Very easy to set-up new discount tables and to apply the discounts to the selected products. And the support team is very responsive !! Excellent choice of app.

I use this app to help me increase my AOV. In just 2 short weeks I have increased my AOV over 10%. If you are looking for a sales boost with a simple click you must get this app.

This app doesn't support dynamic checkout which is a huge problem in my opinion. People pay the full amount without the discount if they do dynamic checkout. I think they need to fix this.

I wish I could say this app worked and helped us, but it just caused too many issues on our site and caused us a loss of revenue. We installed the app, none of the discounts were working (prices weren't changing on checkout), so we asked the Hulk team to help. They applied some fix on the live site (instead of a preview for us to approve) and on a Saturday (when no one can check and fix any issues), two huge mistakes and they broke things on our site! While deploying the fix, they deleted the Buy it Now button, made the quantity selector not functioning and crashed part of our homepage widgets (no images or links were showing anymore). I had to revert to an old theme on Monday and delete this app. When confronted with what they had done, the Hulk devs took no responsibility for any of the issues. They were the only ones who did any change to the site, all the logs and emails confirm its them, but they still deny it. Might be a Free app, but I'd rather pay for an app that has serious developers who take ownership.

App serves its purpose. It's not clear how to remove the decimal places that are on the discount options though.

I do not recommend it, it has very few modification options, besides it does not have options to assign prices for individual products. Also the support staff does not exert itself in helping or solving problems. Disappointed

Easy communication with the team. I needed help with the theme customization and they were more than happy to provide help. App is very easy to use and gets the job done.
