Weglot: AI Translation & SEO

I tried many translation apps before this one, and I can say that this one is the best so far. I needed to translate my website in French, the translations are pretty accurate, in fact I barely had to correct them and that's amazing! By the way, correcting a translation is so easy and quick! The support & customer service is amazingly fast, they corrected a bug I had in less than 1h. Merci

Since we started working with Weglot, everything is easy to understand and apply. Also the customer service if you have any problems is better than excellent.

The translations are very accurate and easy to control. The Support team is also very helpful and very responsive.

I still can't feel how good it works, now I have spent a lot of time, but still not set it up well, many settings make me feel confused and difficult, I am already very tired, should I give up? 。。。。 reported ti them 2 days with fews email still can't solve the problem, finally i deleted WELGOT

We use Weglot on two of our websites and couldn't fault it - the customer service (from Will in particular) is prompt and very helpful, and the app has already improved our conversions. 5 Stars!

I just started using Weglot, Technical support is amazing, app is robust and gives you useful tools to edit translate. For now only minus is pricing plan, I reached 50000 words with 2 language (300 products), and I just started.

L'app fonctionne bien, les traductions sont généralement conformes et 100% modifiable, application intuitive. Pour tout pépins leur service a toujours été très rapide et efficace. Ils sont toujours d'une grande aide lorsque qu'il y a quoi que ce soit que je n'arrives pas à faire par moi-même. Je recommande, même si c'est quelques peu dispendieux !

Ich habe Weglot 3 Jahre lang benutzt, es ist ein eher zuverlässiges Tool, ABER die Preisgestaltung und der Benutzerfreundlichkeit beim Übersetzen haben mich dazu gebracht es wieder zu deinstallieren. Damit du verstehst wie die Wörter berechnet werden: JEDES Wort welches übersetzt werden soll wird gezählt. JEDES. Also wenn du eine Produktbeschreibung mit 500 Wörtern hast, und 100 Produkte, hast du schon 50.000 Wörter. Es ist egal ob es immer wieder die gleichen Wörter sind. Es wird je Produkt wieder neu angefangen zu zählen. Hinzu kommen alle Wörter des Systems (Kategorie Namen, Tags, Produktnamen, etc) Dann gibt es die Einstellung dass AUTOMATISCH ein Upgrade gemacht wird wenn du Wörter überschreitest. Da war ich böse überrascht als ich eine Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte fand. Diese Einstellung muss man selber abwählen. Meine letzter Plan war der Pro Plan mit $490/ Jahr, mit dem Hinzufügen einer weiteren Sprache wäre ich in den Advanced plan gekommen, mit $1990 / Jahr - was absolut nicht in relation steht. Deshalb erfolgte die Deinstalltion. ENGLISH REVIEW. ENGLISH REVIEW. . I've been using Weglot for 3 years, it's a rather reliable tool BUT the pricing and ease of use in translating made me uninstall it again. So that you understand how the words are calculated: EVERY word that is to be translated is counted. EVERY. So if you have a 500-word product description, and 100 products, you already have 50,000 words. It doesn't matter if it's the same words over and over again. Counting begins again for each product. In addition, there are all the words of the system (category names, tags, product names, etc.) Then there is the setting to AUTOMATICALLY upgrade when you exceed words. I was nasty surprised when I found a debit on the credit card. You have to deselect this setting yourself. My last plan was the Pro plan at $490/year, adding another language would have put me on the Advanced plan at $1990/year - which is totally unrelated. That's why it was uninstalled.

Amazing app, I am using Weglot to translate my store into Arabic, it allows manual translations, dashboard navigation is easy and it's SEO friendly. Great & fast support whenever I need help, professional customer service, highly recommended. Thanks Weglot!

I used this app for translating Japanese into English. I speak and write English but it was hard to edit everything on my own and one of the guy helped me a lot to get through the system. They are absolutely nice team.

When we set up the translation, we still had a few unanswered questions. We received a reply to our email within an hour. Super fast, detailed and helpful answer!

Overall we are very happy with Weglot since it translates everything well. But one major downside is, that it is not well integrated in Shopify Markets and Shopify Languages. It is basically it's own layer which is not fully and deeply integrated into the Shopify system.

The app is definetely the best option for automatic translate. I used it to translate our website in one more language. The customers support was amazing and they respond and help in every problem faced or queries.

The staff have been extremely responsive and helpful in guiding me through working out different issues! Sometimes there might be some coding issues (as we all know Shopify is a bit complicated), but they are always willing to provide different alternatives :)

Service answers very fast and is very helpful, but there are also a lot of self help options if you have a problem with certain things

I do not recommend the use of this app. It has misconfigured the details of the products and now the invoices do not come out right and the support has been unable to solve it. Pretty bad support.

Honesly, the app is a pretty great tool, even though it does have some issues, obviously. What isnt so obvious though, is their technical support team! they do wonders and deserve all the praises. We ran into many problems with Weglot's service in terms of technicallities and translations. However, every time was professionally and thoroughly handeled by the great IT team, especially Alexis - who was a HUGE help and always responded with grace and willingness to get the issues resolved (no matter how many ping-pong emails were involvled) . This is not taken for granted, and I really am happy to know that Weglot has these awesome people in the backstage of IT doing these wonders! God bless you guys! Weglot is just great for translating our shopify shop. Even better is the support team - really fast and helpful responses for any issues. Clear recommendation.

I used the Weglot app for French translation, and it does the job. Very easy to setup and run. It does translate all 3rd party apps as well.
