Great App to translate your website into many languages. The support is quickly reachable in case of problems and brings real solutions.

I'm a new user since 2 days. I have heard many times about weglot but was always told that the price was expensive. I am working on various international projects. I must say translations has a direct impact on sales. I know the translation is also a very expensive and long work. And this is why I was really impressed by the quality and the speed of the Weglot software motor. In only few minutes I was able to set up my account and change the languages box position on the site. It looks like magic I have to say. But of course, the big point is the ability to customize the translation. Last but not least, the technical support seems to be great. In only few hours, the support was able to transfer the translations history from one account to another. I am only a started but already happy to be a Weglot user.. Good app, interesting to have the store translated immediately. Good customer service when you are an active user. But with an important problem: If you do a lot of dynamic translation, it slows down the page speed a lot without any other solution from the technical support than to delete dynamic translation requests. That has been the main reason for me to switch to another app taking advantage of the change of my store from Debut to Dawn theme and the launch of Markets in Shopify 2.0. The main task: I had to go from a subdomain using Weglot es.xxx.com to a subdirectory using Shopify xxx.com/es (with the entire store translated again with Translation Lab) and that means, if it is not done correctly, a shower of 404 errors apart from the loss in SEO positioning for the same reason. That meant looking for a solution to do 301 redirects because in my case I was never going to use the es.xxx.com subdomain again. It was just then that Weglot tech support told me they couldn't help anymore... I can come to understand it if you're going to abandon them. I found the solution in the Shopify community: Before deleting anything, you have to register a hosting with SSL with the es.xxx.com subdomain and redirect from there. L'application est excellente, nous l'utilons pour 12 sites différents que ce soit à partir du français ou de l'anglais. Le support à la clientèle est parfait, rapide, professionnel, aidant sur tous les points. Que ce soit pour une difficultés particulière `votre site ou à l'emplacement du language ils sont là. ** Je donne 10 étoiles à Christophe qui est disponible et répond à toutes nos questions. ***

auto increments translated words to make you reach the limit and to upgrade your free plan to non free (even when you delete the auto translations).. free plan is a fake, prefer to use of csv files for the shopify export if you don't want to lose time

This app helped me to scale the business internationally and reach far more customers. I absolutely love using the live editor, it's really practical to see the string where it is actually located! The support is always super fast and helpful. I am a happy customer!

Very useful and time-saving app. Easy integration and great customer support. They're super helpful and reactive. EN to FR translations are not 100% accurate, so you may still need to review and do some manual changes.

Very easy installation - great customer support This app allows you to start selling in different language in minutes. Some work has ot be done to improve the translations but for a starting point it is great.
