Offering a bilingual site is a must if you live in Quebec. I only offered my website in english for a few years because translating everything seemed like a huge headache, until I heard about Weglot from a friend. Honestly so easy to use and couldn't do without.

This app can handle everything we need from it, Subdomain redirect, URL slugs, manual and automatic translation and the customer service is incredible.

We tried to make Weglot work for about 6 months but new problems kept coming up... The biggest issue - we simply could not get product translations to work properly and consistently on the cart page and checkout page. Backend got super messy, because even though automatic translation was turned off (it had to be because the translations were always way off), it kept generating automatic translations in the back end and it was very hard to stay on top of it. Trouble with translating the log in/create account/etc customer section, got the following error from Shopify - "Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: customer" and those sections basically didn't work in the translated version of our site. We could not translate our shipping methods. Customer support tried their best, but too many issues with this app in the end.

Guillaume from Weglot helped with lot of customizations. Out theme is very hard to customize and Thankfully I found weglot and Gui to help me in fixing all the issues.

BEST app for translations by far - trust me! I have used multiple of the translation apps on shopify app store and this one is by far the easiest and most user friendly app which also has the best support of any app i have come across. they fix issues super fast. 10/10

I never write reviews but this one deserves one: Great app, quick to install and very accurate automatic translations from German to English. Easy options to edit manually. AND: a very proactive customer service! I got an immediate reply to my email and my problems got all solved quickly by the team. Thanks again Zoé!

We were not sure to invest such an amount to an app but we are glad we did. Definitely well worth it. And on top of it great customer service. They are really responsive and get our issues resolved in a very short period of time. Strongly recommend it.
