Since I am not a technical person, I didn’t know how to perform the system updates. Although I was generally satisfied with Weglot’s translation service, I was almost going to cancel the system since I got stuck with error messages. However, thanks to the clear instructions from Nahomy at the help desk, which I could easily understand, I was able to make all the updates and get it working smoothly. It’s great to have a good working system, but receiving fast and needs-based technical support... that’s amazing! Thank to Weglot and Nahomy in person:)

I will be honest and say that, in the beginning, I found this app quite complicated and kept going back to more simple apps from competitors only to get massively frustrated by their lack of functionality. So, in the end, I took some time to read the massive amount of documentation that Weglot provide (including videos) and bring myself up to speed and I have not been disappointed - this app is the only one on the market that has such capabilities (trust me, I tried them all). And then, when I am unable to proceed (due to my own limited skills) the support team are just outstanding - quick and so helpful, I really haven't had an experience like this. My store is now totally translated into EN, FR and NL perfectly - thanks, Weglot.

This is the best localization app we have found so far. We've been using it for nearly a year and are quite happy with the result. The support is superfast and helpful, which is I think the key element of the success. We will stick to weglot when we localize the next language for sure.

Weglot is an excellent app for adding multilingual support to your Shopify store. The setup is quick, and the automatic translations are generally accurate. I love the ability to edit translations for a more personalized touch. What impressed me most was their helpdesk. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making it easy to resolve any issues. WEBSITE DELETED!! DONT USE THIS! I deleted the Weglot app on my 8-figure store and my ENTIRE WEBSITE was deleted. I lost over $100K+ because of this APP. DON'T USE THIS APP! WEGLOT WILL DELETE YOUR WEBSITE

This doesn't affect your website, only the translation. Indeed, after three months of complete inactivity with Weglot, i.e. without any API request to Weglot, the project is automatically soft-deleted as you can see in our terms by following the link below https://www.weglot.com/terms I've restored the project, and all your translations are findable in your project. I've also sent you, in an email, a backup of all the translations present in your project. The application is powerful, and the customer service is really excellent and responsive. It's possible to automatically and manually adjust the translation, which is really handy for providing a good customer experience.
