I come to express my total dissatisfaction with this application. If I had known it was so bad, I would never have chosen this application to translate my 2 websites... Wegolt problems that are only noticeable after some time dealing with the application... Weglot is a program in which its cost is per word count, and its cost is based on the number of words translated. 1 - I found that the weglot program translate languages that I didn't hire on my plan... and the number of words translated increases, so they want me to upgrade the plan I have, where I already pay €100 per month, which is already a very high price, for the performance of the program... 2 - I verified that it repeats the translations in the contracted languages, which increases the number of translated words. I have already eliminated these translations repeated by the program several times, but the program continues to make new repeated translations which increases the number of words translated and they want me to upgrade to the more expensive plan... 3- I have already corrected the program's automatic translations countless times, for manual translations, it took many hours of work doing manual translations, but after some time the program run and does a new automatic translation and what I did previously becomes automatic and wrong again, to many hours of work wasted... 4- The Visual Editor which allows you to do manual translations directly on the website does not work, I reported this situation 1 month ago and it is still unresolved... We're using this app for an online store, it works well and support is really helpful with quick response to emails.

Main problem that occured was that number of words just had run out. So, it was easy to fix it. Friendly service makes it especially convenient :)

Amazing and fast help as always! A few awkward things sometimes but they usually resolve very fast. Edit: We needed some help with our plan and they acted very fast and were very helpful in resolving our issue. Really nice customer service!

We use Weglot to translate our entire website in 22 different languages. Set up was quick an easy, and making improvements to the translations is very user-friendly. Great app! Does the job very well. The automatic translations saved us a ton of work. The interface is sleek and beautiful, as is the language picker. What truly sets this app apart is the amazing support. These guys are fast and they go above and beyond expectations! We're really impressed. A small improvement idea would be to highlight translations that no longer appear on the page, but that's just a minor detail. All in all, we definitely recommend using this app!

I used Weglot to translate our Website from German to English. The customer support was absolutely incredible and helped me solve every issue I ran into! A big thanks to Guillaume who supported me during the whole process, he even created a custom tutorial to show me how to fix my issue! The default translations also seems to be very good, much better than the free translation apps I normally use.

I have been using this app for a while and now I will be uninstalling it. It basically doesn't work well and it translates only partially. It also adds strange characters to the translation lists, increasing your word count so that you have to upgrade to a bigger plan. Customer support doesn't respond to any support requests. UPDATE: I have received an email from Karina which blames me for not being happy with the app and leaving a bad review. She says, and I quote, "I wanted to know why you did not contact us directly and instead left this review?" So there is nothing wrong with the app and I have to be happy with it. Also, she chases me only 6 hours later saying "I wanted to follow up on the below message and see if you remove the review." Karina, I had contacted you twice through the webchat on the app, that's why. Your approach to feedback has been really terrible.
