The app has an easy to use interface and is able to translate our website into other languages seamlessly. We appreciate the excellent and responsive support team that have helped us in multiple occasions to ensure our translations integrate well with our website, SEO and more!

We use Weglot to translate our entire website in 22 different languages. Set up was quick an easy, and making improvements to the translations is very user-friendly. What truly makes this a 5 star app is the support that Weglot offers. A special shout-out to Augustin and Christophe from the Weglot team, who always replied quickly, and offered world-class support. Looking forward to improving our translations over time, and to better serve our global customer base thanks to Weglot!

Great app! Does the job very well. The automatic translations saved us a ton of work. The interface is sleek and beautiful, as is the language picker. What truly sets this app apart is the amazing support. These guys are fast and they go above and beyond expectations! We're really impressed. A small improvement idea would be to highlight translations that no longer appear on the page, but that's just a minor detail. All in all, we definitely recommend using this app!

I used Weglot to translate our Website from German to English. The customer support was absolutely incredible and helped me solve every issue I ran into! A big thanks to Guillaume who supported me during the whole process, he even created a custom tutorial to show me how to fix my issue! The default translations also seems to be very good, much better than the free translation apps I normally use.

I have been using this app for a while and now I will be uninstalling it. It basically doesn't work well and it translates only partially. It also adds strange characters to the translation lists, increasing your word count so that you have to upgrade to a bigger plan. Customer support doesn't respond to any support requests. UPDATE: I have received an email from Karina which blames me for not being happy with the app and leaving a bad review. She says, and I quote, "I wanted to know why you did not contact us directly and instead left this review?" So there is nothing wrong with the app and I have to be happy with it. Also, she chases me only 6 hours later saying "I wanted to follow up on the below message and see if you remove the review." Karina, I had contacted you twice through the webchat on the app, that's why. Your approach to feedback has been really terrible.
We are sorry you feel this way but asking you to contact us if you are having issues is not in any way blaming you. It is normal to ask a user to contact us if they do not understand certain aspects of how our app functions instead of leaving a negative review on issues that are actually fixable. So other users reading this understand that your issues were resolvable: Here is the answer to your statements: -We have responded to all your messages; the last one being in December. There were NO unanswered messages from our team. -The reason your site is not translating completely is that you are over the limit of your plan and not the app not functioning. -Can you give me an example of strange characters? Also, we do not have some mechanism that randomly adds characters to your site to scam you. We are a reputable company and wish to remain that way. We translate everything that is in your source code. We wish you the best in all your future endeavors.

Weglot is working very well and is fitting all our needs. The app dashboard is really user-friendly. We used gtranslate before but the language switcher wasn't responsive at all. A big high five to Christophe from the support team who has been highly reactive and helped us enormously for all the very custom needs we had. Our experience with Weglot has been excellent so far :)

We have experience with Langify and WeGlot. WeGlot is definitely the better product and so far delivers all we need. There are some minor issues with the Visual Editor on Safari, ie "edit" button sometimes showing up in unclickable areas on certain elements, but isn't actually a problem, as there is the regular editor and furthermore only seems to effect Safari atm. The support team is lightning fast and amazing, many thanks to Alexis for the additional help, going beyond expectations. Recommended!

The app is good, easy to install and translates well. Customer service is 5 stars, especially Guillaume, very quick, nice and helpful.

We used Weglot to translate the shop and it worked pretty well! although some translation were more of robot translation but it was very easy to edit! defiantly recommended for any kind of users also their support is insane! they often answer within couple of hours max.

We are selling in Europe and a multilingual store is essential in the different Euro countries. We switched from another app to Weglot and never regretted it. It is easy to handle, even the automatic translations are of a high quality. After the installation of the app, text of other apps was not translated but after contacting support, John got it done in 15 minutes: quick, professional efficient plus helpful advice. Thanks guys. Definitely a 5 star recommendation.

Great app, the best I have tried, but of course, it is not the perfect translator, as you must check everything is correct but it is very helpful for big web sites when you need to have it in different languages. It can be better making it easier to erase the useless translations like numbers. The best thing about this is the GREAT and PROACTIVE customer service, giving you the best answer in a few hours.
