WOW, I JUST LOVE THIS APP!!! I was about to Change Shopify to Magento because I could not find a good solution to translate my page although I tested several apps. But this one kicked in! What Can I say? My conversion rate went high a few minutes of after installing this precious app. I even made my first sale to Japan thank to them :D And another thing: the customer support is top notch!

I find this app very easy to use for someone like me, who is not IT oriented and does not have any technical background. It is easy to get familiar with the app and how it works. I needed help with special issues and dynamic content and I have to say the support at Weglot is probably the best I have ever encountered! Thank you Nathalie, you have literally been a lifesaver! They reply quickly and with very easy to understand guidelines. Highly recommend for anyone, who is looking for an easy to use app and great support! Also the automatic translations are very good!

Very good app. My case was a bit difficult, because I created the whole site with third party page builder, and i had no problems. Some minor issues that I had, their support helped me immediately!

The app works well. The only problem is that when you change a word inside a long text, you have to update ALL the translation again and that's a bit annoying. Great customer support.

We used Weglot to translate our first Shopify store into German. Great app with a very well designed UI. A further plus is the fast support. With Nathalie's help I was able to fix a problem within 2 hours.

J’utilise l’application Weglot pour la troisième année consécutive pour ma boutique en ligne (anglais / français). J’ai eu besoin de support de la part de l’équipe à plusieurs occasions depuis le début et ils ont toujours très bien répondu à mes besoins. Un service à la clientèle exceptionnel! C’est ce que j’attends et j’apprécie de chacun de mes fournisseurs avec lesquels je suis en partenariat! La traduction en français par l’application requiert parfois que je procède à des modifications manuelles mais en général, je suis satisfaite.

Weglot is really helpful to translate your website. Of course, you might not be an expert on how it works at the beginning (like all the Shopify applications) but once you get it, it is really simple to translate whatever you want. Some of the words need special trick but luckily, the team is reacting really fast to your enquiries.

I used this app to translate my store from English into French. I was able to translate products, apply exceptions, and even manually change some of the translations myself. Their customer service is amazing, they answer fast and with detailed explanations. Thank you so much for helping me.
