Best Translation app on the market. You can custom really everything single asset on your website. Support is outstanding, and by outstanding, I mean truly above what you can expect. It's like having an expert taking hours to help you.

This app makes it very easy to keep your translations in check. The visual editor makes all the difference. Its super easy to delegate translations without the need to create additional shopify staff positions. Their support is always surprisingly quick and very helpful. Any issue I had has been fixed within a few hours. Zero complaints

We could never have so many languages at such high quality translations without Weglot. And support is also really helpful, quick and nice.

Working perfectly! App is easy to use and very versatile. I had some troubles with the translations of my XML feeds, but Will from Weglot got it working by making some adjustments on their end. Thanks for that!

The app is easy to install and to use. Our plan got upgraded automatically once we reached the words limit, so now it is quite pricey for us. Unfortunately we're on the annual plan and can't cancel easily. We had a problem with the language switcher on mobile, but the support team was very helpful and quick in fixing it. Thanks and 5 stars for that.

The setup of the Weglot is complicated when you already use various other apps that need to be translated. However the customer service is top notch and very responsive. Special thanks to Antoine who really exceeded my expectations in terms of timely resolution of complex issues. The quality of translation is quite good and requires significantly less manual translation compared to shopify free app.

Weglot is easy to use and makes translating your website super convenient. The customer support was also very helpful, supporting me with a minor issue I wasn't able to fix myself. :-)

Ils te font encore payer même quand tu désinstalle l'appli. Je ne sait même pas comment arrêter la domiciliation...Appli pas terrible en plus de ça.

Je vous remercie pour l'avis que vous avez posté, et je suis ravi de pouvoir en discuter plus précisément. L'abonnement ainsi que la résiliation de l'abonnement ne s'effectuant pas au sein de l'app dans Shopify, cela necessite une action complémentaire au sein du Dashboard Weglot. Vous avez normalement été notifié de cela. Je constate que vous aviez désinstallé l'application depuis quelques mois et dans la mesure ou vous n'avez pas utilisé Weglot depuis cette date, il est normal de ne pas payer pour le service. J'ai procédé remboursement de ces mois et une preuve vous a été partagée par email. Je reste à votre disposition pour tout renseignement complémentaire et vous souhaite une excellente journée. Terrible app. You manually translate content on their platform, but the changes never reflect in your store. Their support team constantly tries to shift the blame, claiming it's an issue with Shopify or other apps, but never their fault. Truly disappointing.
