Ils te font encore payer même quand tu désinstalle l'appli. Je ne sait même pas comment arrêter la domiciliation...Appli pas terrible en plus de ça.

L'abonnement ainsi que la résiliation de l'abonnement ne s'effectuant pas au sein de l'app dans Shopify, cela necessite une action complémentaire au sein du Dashboard Weglot. Vous avez normalement été notifié de cela. Je constate que vous aviez désinstallé l'application depuis quelques mois et dans la mesure ou vous n'avez pas utilisé Weglot depuis cette date, il est normal de ne pas payer pour le service. J'ai procédé remboursement de ces mois et une preuve vous a été partagée par email. Je reste à votre disposition pour tout renseignement complémentaire et vous souhaite une excellente journée. Terrible app. You manually translate content on their platform, but the changes never reflect in your store. Their support team constantly tries to shift the blame, claiming it's an issue with Shopify or other apps, but never their fault. Truly disappointing.

I've been using Weglot to translate my Shopify website, and the experience has been excellent. The support team was incredibly helpful and responsive when I faced a minor issue with the Quick View in a new theme. They resolved it quickly, and everything works perfectly now. Highly recommend Weglot for seamless translations and top-notch customer support

Weglot is the perfect solution for us. On the one hand, the translations are really very good, and on the other, the setup is also suitable for beginners. If problems arise, the really competent support is very quick to help solve the problem. Languages can be added or removed quickly. Likewise, all parts of the website can be easily translated without any programming knowledge. We have already tested other solutions, but have clearly decided on Weglot. Quality is a crucial aspect for us. Here, too, a special thank you to the support team!
Weglot works brilliantly and the quality of the translation is very good. On top of that, the support is excellent. I have always received very good solutions in a very short response time. Most of the time, the adjustments were not only explained but already carried out.

I almost put 4 stars because of the price. But my website in english is ranking after translating in DE and FR and is very worth it for me. Plus the customer service is very very good.
Jeremie was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app setup process. He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out. I'm grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend this app and their customer service team.

Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot. Manon, was excellent in her communications. And very quick responses.
App was working well even though setup is not easy if you have a complicated local structure. Suddenly something broke in the DNS. Our site went down for over 48 hours and the Support Team were exceptionally poor. We have moved away from the app which was a great idea but expensive in the end and unreliable.
Weglot has got you - even if you switch shopping carts. We are running on WooCommerce and will soon switch to Shopify. Weglot is the easiest part of the migration. Some initial issues were quickly resolved by their 5star customer service!
Easy, fast, affordable and with great support for issues that are beyond the scope of the average Shopify user. Highly recommended.
