Hello. Meta has rejected your messages, saying that they do not comply with Meta's rules. I submitted a request, but it has been pending for a month now. As a result, my customers have not received any messages for a month. Please advise me on what to do to resolve this issue.

i have installed this but iam a bit confused since i am sending whatsapp on order confirmation there is no optin from user will this result in my account being banned

En mi tienda en Argentina funciona bien, cumple con todos los mensajes automáticos sin problemas luego de realizar una configuración correcta. El único problema que estoy teniendo y que no encuentro solución, es que no está realizando la Respuesta automática: "Envía automáticamente un mensaje con tu información de contacto a los clientes que respondan el mensaje de utilidad en WhatsApp." Y la verdad es que sería de suma importancia que funcionara ya que el número de teléfono que estoy usando para esta app solo es para esta app y no la estamos usando para contestar mensajes.

Works smoothly and is far more cost-effective than other third-party apps. However, it’s missing a critical feature: the ability to edit templates. While you can create new templates in the WhatsApp Manager within Meta Business Suite, there’s currently no way to access or use those templates inside the Shopify WhatsApp app, which is quite disappointing. Hopefully the developers address this soon, as this limitation is a common concern mentioned across many other reviews.
