Based on the initial setup and customisation process I have been very happy with Yanet: Returns app. As a basic solution. The support team has been very responsive and helpful each step of the way so far. But as I got deep into this I discovered the solution is not suitable for mid-size companies that use a 3PL logistics or warehousing provider as well as Shopify

Great app to use for returns on your store, I also got FREE removal of the platform branding for my site so that my site can look more professional. I reached out for help and spoke with Alex who was very helpful and quick at getting the job done. Definitely recommend this app for returns and exchanges pages on your store.

I had an issue with the return form, and the Yanet team — especially Alex — was amazing! He responded quickly, was very kind and professional, clearly explained everything, and guided me step by step until everything worked perfectly. You can really tell this company cares about its customers and provides real, human support — not just automated replies. I highly recommend the Yanet app and their services! Instalé el app, ya que necesito proveer el servicio de cambio/devolución. El app indicaba en ciertas partes que si se interesaba tener esa función les escribiera. Yo escribí y me atendió Anita originalmente. Hice varias preguntas y desbloquearon esas funciones para que pueda acceder a utilizarlas. Durante la conversación, continué hablando con Alex. Apenas estoy comenzando a explorar la aplicación para ver como funciona y poder ofrecer este servicio. No conozco todavía como funciona, ya que estoy comenzando a explorarla. Sí puedo decir que responden rápido y me han dado seguimiento para saber si necesito algo más. Luego estaré publicando actualización. Gracias

Leaving a review after 2 months. We patiently waited for 2 months for mere courier integration, as we were asked to do. I connected myself after 2 months, and I am being informed of inability to test a bunch of things for integration like shortage of funds in the account or KYC etc. Where I was informed this will only be a test account, now they added on to the unnecessary requirements. Additionally, we didn't receive a single mail from the team to align and sort out anything! If there was anything needed for the integration, it should have been informed to us. This has been a huge wastage of our precious time. Do not recommend this app.

Quick and easy customer service, Tracy was responsive and was able to help out as needed. The app is great too, a lot of functionality for being free. Definitely worth it!
