I haven’t used the app fully yet, but the setup was smooth and the interface is clean. It seems like a great solution for handling returns, especially for a large business.

This app is a great add-on that really enhances the customer experience for returns and exchanges. On top of that, I’m very impressed with their customer service. Alex, in particular, has been outstanding, he quickly resolved all the technical issues I faced and patiently explained every feature in detail. Truly responsive and supportive service!
