Leaving a review after 2 months. We patiently waited for 2 months for mere courier integration, as we were asked to do. I connected myself after 2 months, and I am being informed of inability to test a bunch of things for integration like shortage of funds in the account or KYC etc. Where I was informed this will only be a test account, now they added on to the unnecessary requirements. Additionally, we didn't receive a single mail from the team to align and sort out anything! If there was anything needed for the integration, it should have been informed to us. This has been a huge wastage of our precious time. Do not recommend this app.

Yanet makes handling returns and exchanges so much easier. Setup was quick, the portal looks professional, and it keeps customers happy. Their support team is fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

Alex was helpful in removing the Branding Label in the widget, still setting up the app but it appears to be great so far! Update: I keep having issues with customers saying they didn't get the return instructions emailed to them when I accept the return. I have contacted support but they keep telling me that everything is working perfectly, except it isnt. For some reason the app keeps sending the customers address in the return address field instead of my return address that I configured the app with. I have also had customers tell me that they cant initiate a return as the portal is not working. I can't seem to see a reason or issue when I check on my end but I have had that complaint many times.

This APP has many great features that work seamlessly. Alex from the support team was very fast and helpful, providing immediate assistance with all the requests needed
