I had a few questions when I first started and Rock N in the customer service team was really helpful. They explained everything clearly and even logged into my Shopify account and helped me add the terms I needed to add on the privacy policy to make sure I was verified correctly. I have been using this app for 8 years along with their other apps, Yotpo Reviews and Yotpo Loyalty Rewards. I waited way too long to delete their clunky apps. And because I was a long time grandfathered-in member, they thought the need to disconnect my Klaviyo integration because I wasn't paying their "Premium Price". That's not MY FAULT! When I had an issue, they would try to get me to upgrade. Why would I want to upgrade and pay more money for less when I have been using your app since August 2017? Yotpo has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth.

I'm just starting with Yotpo but cannot agree to all the 5 star ratings. I find e.g. the email editor or the flow designs cumbersome and not easy to navigate. And when asking the support team often I end up with the SMS team even though I ask for the email team. Once connected to the right team it again takes a long time to get to the right answer. Not great so far. I will update this review once I have more and better experience.
