Very complete email marketing tool, my experience is very good, very comprehensive, and more importantly, the response to the problem is also very good. I found some problems and then contacted the online support. Rock N gave me a quick solution, which was very pleasant. Recommended for everyone to use

I was going to verify my account for the sms at 2am and I ran into Marnie she was very helpful and so patient with me she also walked me through things that I didn't understand and I appreciate everything she has done for me.

I worked with Melvin to set up an sms campaign that required some trouble-shooting. I was able to get everything launched and Melvin provided excellent, helpful, and thorough customer service. Great work Melvin!

Highly recommend this shopify app to get more customers whether you have small or big business. Yotpo team is swift enough in accommodating questions and they are very straightforward in providing solutions especially to Quin who has given me a smooth validation process.

There was a bit of miscommunication at first but got what I needed done with support on the second try. Their platform is easy and straight forward. I heard so many great things when they were called SMSbump, and never tried. I'm so glad I decided to try them now that I have my store up and running.
