Yotpo has been a frustrating experience. The app lacks transparency in budget tracking, and email links consistently fail to work. Despite multiple requests for support, the issues remain unresolved. Being locked into a one-year contract has only added to my disappointment. I cannot wait for this contract to end!

they're really helpful if you have any issues and it's such an easy to use application. jay was really helpful and answered all the questions I had.

I'm still a novice at sms marketing but this app has it all. I had an issue of my TFN being rejected at first, but customer service was able to get it fixed in one day. I later had an issue with my SMS smbed form and Jay was able to walk me through every step to get it fixed. Thanks to the team!

Very complete email marketing tool, my experience is very good, very comprehensive, and more importantly, the response to the problem is also very good.
